I have been visited Japan for 8times and lived in all different type of hotels, AirBnb etc. This is the worst hotel I've ever lived in. Parking is only for very small cars. We have a Yaris cross but been directed to another parking which 5 minutes away in a freezing rainy day. The reception has no apology but only tell us to pay on our own cost. Room is small. Toilet is opposite to the bed! Rediculous! Nothing provided in the room, not even instant coffee or tea. I have to go all the way to reception 5am in New Year's day to ask whether I can purchase a hot coffee but only received a NO and a X posture. No hot spa facility in the hotel but charge 200Yen each person. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

If the parking lot is full, we will guide you to a nearby paid parking lot. Our hotel does not have an affiliated parking lot, so you will have to pay on-site.In the room type you stayed in, tea and other items are provided in the desk under the receiver. We apologize for the confusion.As for the lounge, breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, and welcome drinks are served from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We do not currently provide coffee, but we will share your feedback with the relevant departments.Please note that there is a city tax called Kanazawa City Accommodation Tax, which is 200 yen per person.All of our staff will continue to work hard to create a hotel that will be chosen by more customers.Thank you very much for your valuable feedback.

Only hotel in Japan that offers us free flow alcoholic drinks for 6 hrs daily. Located conveniently where we did not need to drive to get to places. Only minus point is it did not have a coin operated laundry service and the nearest one is 5 to 8 mins walk away

Grass service! Friendly welcome staff. Unlimited free Saki after 3pm. Stayed there during the new year. And experienced earthquake on January 1st 2024. Staff was very professional about it. And evacuated everyone fast. Hotel did not collapse! :)

Lovely stay and lovely staff. We had a great sleep and the room was sparkling clean. Really recommend. We liked that they have tons of complimentary stuff, like welcome drinks and snacks (including wine and sake) and toiletries.
