The staff were very friendly and the amenities were good. There is coin laundry, along with a water dispenser, ice dispenser, microwave. There are also bath houses and a smoking room. Value for money stay.

I enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Torifito Kanazawa. A short walk from the main station - quiet and peaceful. The room has all the basic amenities. Comfortable room. A plus point for laundry is that you can see from the tv in your room if any washer is available for use.

Small but very comfortable room. Near to station yet quiet since its not along the main road. Good front desk service by helping with arranging luggage delivery as some other hotel simply pass you the slip & ask you to fill up yourself. Will definitely be back if i visit Kanazawa again.

Great breakfast to kick-start the day with. It's within 5 mins walk to Kanazawa station where buses serve the city and easy to travel via trains to other cities. Onsen is good too as it opens till late.

Room was spacious for three with each person a single bed, very comfortable, very classic and elegant furnishing, bathroom and toilet was separated. Staffs were helpful and friendly and they can understand simple English. Good location and very close from the Kanazawa station with lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices and tastes good! Would highly recommend this place and I would also like to go back here again during my next visit.

5 mins from the train station. It was quite well located. Very clean and tidy rooms. The spa could probably do with a little more ventilation but no major issues. You can monitor the crowedness via their tv. afternoon drinks of tea provided between I think 1500-1900. Staff were very attentive and remembered me after my second day of stay

The location is very convenient. Value for money choice. With the hot bath and the breakfast included, it’s definitely a good choice if you are traveling to Kanazawa One thing I would like to remind is the staff at the reception cannot really speak English so there are a few misunderstood communication. Another reminder is to book the twin room even you travel alone. The single room is too small for even one person, and the cost of the two room are not much different

my room was amazing!! the extra desk space was really good for multiple night stays. they also have onsens with free sample toiletries. i got some as souvenirs and the hada nature brand was awesome.
