The staff were extremely professional, providing prompt and efficient service. The room was impeccably clean and lovely. Overall, my experience far exceeded my expectations!

Room is large enough. Service is good. But location is further away to station than I thought, going through underground walkway is required when accessing the hotel from kanazawa station.

Room was bright and clean. A bit problem with big luggage to pass through the street because no zebra crossing lamps.  You need to find lifts to cross over. Staff is friendly.

5-6min walk to the MRT station exit Great service from the reception. Wonderful breakfast that all must try. Tip is to book one day earlier, need to pay cash to have a discount. Very nice in house onsen. Nice room with great tea. All these for a reasonable rate of less than 90 usd. My only gripe is that because I did not stay in the more premium room, they did not have instant coffee provided. Also, there is no lounge for use. This means our family of 5 have to squeeze in an 18sqm room to have supper. Will I book this hotel again? Absolutely YES!

The hotel is within a walking distance of around 5 minutes. I booked a larger room with twin beds and a large sitting area so we had much space to move around in the room. The bath is separated from the toilet and I like this design. Breakfast had sufficient choices. The staff are nice and helpful. Just one comment on the sliding door that was locked "by itself" one night. I finally needed to unlock it with a coin.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is a 10-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, there is a 7-Eleven next to it. The hotel got a large hot spring bath, which is very nice. The bedding is clean and comfortable, the room is very quiet, and the room size is also large, so it doesn't feel crowded. A very cost-effective hotel.

For the price point, hotel is amazing. It’s good that it comes with car park! Location is good as well! Near to the train station!
