This is the worst hotel I have been to as far as I can remember. All the bad reviews provided about this hotel are true. We went with a tour party of 40 so have detailed view of about 20 or so rooms . The rooms are tired , dirty there is black mould , water damage and there are rooms where you just can’t enter due to smell and toilets are filthy. The staff at reception in lift and in restaurant were all rude and unhelpful.They just don’t want to talk to you. The linen bedsheets pillow covers were filthy had hair on them spots and holes, when we asked for replacements they gave us equally bad linen and said that is all they had . Then we found cockroaches and bedbugs and decided to leave the hotel having already paid in instead of infecting our own homes.They also run a dance club and bar which looked like shady and didn’t bother even to go and look Book this one at your own peril. There are better options at similar price

Check the pic of your given hotel room, i believed after seeing the pic from your sight, but this is the reality and their was not hotel water and my room no was 408, hotel geetanjali. Sorry hot water. It was totally dirty hotel as well as room also. I was planned to change the hotel but already i was paid it

The property is excellent every facility provided is top notch. Hotel staff is also helpful. Moreover the hotel is 100% re-commanded

The owner was too rude. And he was not responding properly when we arrived. Also, when we told that we have a booking via make my trip he told us there's no booking and made us wait one hour.

The servicing was bad, they takes more then 1 hour to serve breakfast and when asked to clean our room they didn't even come to clean.

Terrible. I had booked a triple bedded room. However they have rented the room to some other person and i was allotted a double beddedroom

Bathroom condition was not good. Room had no space like a jail room. We have approached the hotel authority to change the room but they were unable to do so. Despite lack of facilities and poor condition we had stayed there. No cleaning was done. No tv connection. Very bad smell
