Nice spot and quite with lake next door, not bad

I had the pleasure of meeting Isha Kamoga at the reception upon my arrival, and her exceptional customer service set the tone for my entire stay. Recognizing my exhaustion, she graciously guided me through the hotel's amenities while I relaxed in their comfortable chairs. Such attention to detail and care truly made my experience memorable. I look forward to returning to Speke Resort Hotel because of the outstanding service I received.

Good Afternoon Aisha, thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delay in response. My stay at Munyonyo Speke Resort was very pleasant. The airport pickup and drop off was very seamless. The welcome at reception was also smooth, although some of the employees behind the reception desk did not seem to know what they were doing, but those who knew were very helpful. The restaurant was also very interesting, great variety of food choices, loved and enjoyed the fruits and the desserts. Although the waiters were too many and sometimes got confused and was a bit disorderly in how they operated, amidst them being too many the food often took too long to come out of the kitchen. The rooms were lovely, clean, clean fresh towels daily. The golf carts were also useful, however sometimes a bit of attitude from the chauffeurs. But other than that I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort, most of the staff I encountered was kind and lovely to deal with (special shoutout to Roy, one of the chauffeurs such a lovely gentleman) and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Kampala Uganda and I myself would most certainly stay there again.
