Great hotel for the price in Kampala. Much improved over previous visits with notably upgraded rooms. Staff are uniformly attentive and friendly which was appreciated over a 2+ week stay. Great, large pool and fitness center. Good location near city center and a variety of restaurants. Breakfast buffet is huge, varied and changes daily. Dinners may be as good as it gets in Kampala though it helps if you like Indian as they do that cuisine well. Only complaint was the limited selection of TV channels - mostly Indian or old movies.

My Friends and I had the worst customer care from Asian Fusion. Specifically from Shamim who served us on that day. We made a reservation for 15 people, ordered a cake and paid for it as well. Only to be told to pay 100k separate after arriving at the venue on the actual day. 100k was Not inclusive of the fees for any eats we were going to order. We could have understood if it were a policy , we would have been told to pay that on booking. But we came on budget and 100k isn't a small amount of money really for an average person. Making matters worse we managed to pay half and leave the place but even the receipts goven to us were not bearing our names, it seems to me like they were trying to cover up for an expense. A policy is a policy why did they allow to alter it and make us pay 50k instead. So many question marks. NOT forgetting the attitude Shamim had when we told her we weren't comfortable with paying the abrupt 100k.
