I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The included meals were absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of flavors. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring large, cozy beds. The onsen was a delightful addition, adding a relaxing touch to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

We book the hotel with private onsen, the room and services are great, only one compaint with the dinner and breakfast. Hope they can be improved, dinner was not well prepared but presentation was nice. The meat was really poor quality for shabu while the beef steak contained too much fast for grill by ourselves

There was no indoor restroom for bathing or changing, and the toothbrush cups were visibly filthy (photos attached). 5. When we asked for room cleaning, the staff ignored us until we repeatedly demanded their attention, and even then, they seemed extremely reluctant. 6. Insects crawled on the bedsheets, and the private hot spring was infested with spiders and bugs. 7. One of the dinners was a joke—just plain white rice with a tiny bit of side dish, completely unacceptable. 8. The “hot spring water” smelled like bleach, nothing like natural hot spring water at all. 9. Instead of relaxation, this place turned into a mental ordeal, and I strongly warn everyone to avoid it.

整體非常棒！入住時候下雨有點可惜，晚上去私人温泉由於下雨放棄了，後來選擇室內的公共浴場也很好，我們三人基本是包場了！晚上懷石料理味道一般，早上的料理倒是很驚喜。户外景色很美！全體服務人員態度都很好，超棒的體驗！

吃喝泡還有服務完全💯！但是有個小插曲，3樓房間夜裡有異響，有點貌似不太“乾淨”，幸虧膽子大，這老酒店故事太多，有點嚇人。

교토 중심부에서 떨어져있긴 하지만 송영버스가 있어서 편하게 이동했어요. 교토 근처에서 다다미방에 노천탕이 예쁘고 가이세키 맛있는 료칸을 찾으려고 엄청 검색해서 왔는데 완전 만족해요!

Non capisco come faccia ad avere 9.2 su booking se non si riesce neanche a lasciare una recensione… comunque abbiamo pagato tantissimo piu di 500 euro per una notte con colazione e cena (cena in camera bella l’idea, ma il menù pessimo e noi amiamo i sapori giapponesi) la colazione meglio della cena, ma davvero troppo caro, personale ok sorridente ma ci hanno lasciato soli svestiti a cercare la Onsen privata in mezzo al bosco, nessuno ci ha accompagnato, abbiamo dovuto prenotare e pagare la onsen privata solo perche siamo tatuati, dura 45 min ma in realtà sono 40, devi fare tutto da solo, poi la mattina chiedi un caffè e te lo fanno pure pagare 550 yen, non la consiglio affatto!!!!! Ci siamo sentiti spennati, e poco appagati, la Struttura è comunque bellissima come design, la camera bella Ma le attrezzature vecchissime, il toto non funzionava e il phon era preistorico, se ne chiedevi uno piu potente non lo avevano, ripero 500 euro a notte, mai mai mai non andate
