Hotel arrival, an old man was working the reception, did not speak english, really just showed us the room and left. Aircondition pump dripped water all over the floor in the room, to solve this, they just put towels under, and all night u had to hear the sound of dripping water next our bed. Unclean, towels had yellow stripes and the bed big brown stains, seemed like the room hadnt been cleaned in months. Unfriendly and un helpful staff. In the midddle of our holiday we just left and changed to a better hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is a real gem of a small and family run hotel. From the pleasant rooms, even if the shower could have been a little more comfortable, to the very nice pool and bar area and the just fantastic people working the hotel, this must be one of the best hotels I've ever encountered on my many hollidays through the Mediteranean area. This hotel is just as suitable for people travelling alone as families. You wil all have a great stay here!

The hotel is not the newest or any luxury, but the people running it is treating you like family and bends over backwarsds to accomadate you. Small and cosy hotel on a good location, silent at night and close to the things you need. Bussstop right outside and taxiplace right outside. If you go here try the waterpark in kalithea -really fun place for both grown ups and children. Thanks to the management in Kalithea hotel for a wonderfull stay ♥️

It's a small family owned hotel. Staff was friendly, but loud. Rooms are quite small and at least in our room the beds were really uncomfortable. Air conditioning costs 6€ per night. We stayed at 2 different rooms and they were both poorly cleaned, felt like the housekeepers only mopped the floor each day and ignored everything else. There was mold in our shower curtains. The entire bathroom floor flooded with water every time we used the shower and there was nothing to dry the floor with... The bar right next to the hotel was noisy in the evenings and at night and we couldn't sleep properly. We paid for breakfast in advance and it was ok, but wouldn't recommend it. The best thing about the hotel was the pool area and the garden. Location is also pretty good, bus stop, two grocery stores, pharmacy, several beaches and nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was okay, but we wouldn't go again. This place could use some serious renovation or at least deep cleaning.

We like that it has personality. Here you can be private and you can be part of the house. We like both. It’s friendly and has character. There’s a parrot, a kittens being fed after it lost its mom. There’s books and a very well kept exotic garden around the meet pool. There’s cleaning everyday and here you greet each other.

At first we were given 2 double rooms, the standard was horrible: the knobs and handles on dressers and closets was falling off, or so loose we did not dare to open. No places in the rooms where we could keep our clothes. Spiders with eggsacks and alot of dust in the balconys. Alot of traffic, much noise in the nighttime with cars honking, and driving back and forth. All the sunbeds placed under vegetation, so bugs and leaves were falling on you all the time when you were in the sunbed. The cleaning staff was friendly, but not very thorough in cleaning. Big lumps of dust on top of shelves, hairs in the sink when we arrived, both in kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Breakfast is super poor... Not even fetacheese, as you would expect when coming to Greece! All in all NOT HAPPY with this stay at all.. I will come back to Rhodes, but will NEVER EVER stay in this hotel, neither will I recommend it to ANYONE.

Staff are superb very welcoming friendly and professional especially Angelo Berna - thank you for making us feel special during our stay. Pools are wonderful - grounds are immaculate and we particularly enjoyed staying in low level accommodation- no high rise in this hotel lovely

Bad cleaning in the room and awful design. The staff was not serviceminded. We asked for wineglass and coffecups, but it was not allowed in the room. This is the first time ever we have experinced that and we have traveled the world alot. Breakfast was not good, bad coffe and juice. The only thing that was ok was the bed.
