Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel

Excellent! The best experience! I came to celebrate my birthday and relax and it was achieved 120%! I spent the whole time in the hotel and had all the options available :) Everyone was super kind, the best location, food options and super customer care! I will definitely come back!

Hotel is beautiful, right on the beach front, picturesque and nice pools etc. I pre booked a sea view room and requested a room higher up. Upon arrival we walked into our extremely small room and stepped out onto the first floor, barely seeing the sea and being really close to all the hotel guests, it felt like we were sitting outside with them with no privacy or sea view. We went to reception and asked to change rooms as I had paid extra for the seaview, staff said they couldn't do it late at night so come back at 8am in the morning. Set our alarm first thing and went to reception didn't unpack etc, we then got told to come back at 11am now to change rooms as the manager wasn't in. We hung around until 11am again and went back, this time got told to come back tomorrow again. I explained we were not settled and not unpacking our things as they keep telling us to come back. We got sent away again and took my number telling me they would call me tomorrow to change our room. We never received a phonecall the whole time and the reception just did not care, even after seeing us around and we wanted to enjoy our holiday so just left it. 24 hours later my partner got extremely ill, severe stomach problems and sickness, this pretty much lasted for the rest of the holiday and we couldn't understand why he was so sick! We put it down to either food poisoning or alcohol, but it was bad! We read a week before our stay people were sick but we thought it would have been over. There were also bugs all on our bathroom floor coming from a drain, but as reception were not interested we didn't bother reporting anything else.. apart from this we did love the hotel it had everything you could possibly need and the staff at the main bar the two guys were amazing and made us the best drinks! Entertainment was okay but music stopped by 10:30 then everything just went quiet, sometimes the atmosphere was off, it just needed background music throughout the day and evening, not silence. I was also really looking forward to the fire show and fireworks that were advertised and when I enquired before booking they were still doing this in October, but staff told us when we were there they are not doing it which is a shame. Entertainment was mediocre. Island itself was beautiful and we hired a car from the car hire next door to the hotel and got really good prices and explored the island. You would need a car if you want to explore easier from the hotel, although there is bus stops outside. Top tip, take mosquito repellent, I got bitten more than I've ever done before! Food options were nice at the hotel and loved the pizza bar, gyro bar and crepes, Asian night was awful but all the other nights and food options were great and much better than any other all inclusive I've done in the past. We would come back to this hotel it's just a shame the reception didn't really care about our room and the fact my partner got ill.

Lovely hotel very clean and modern, staff are wonderful and helpful. Entertainment team are brilliant never a dull day! Fire show was spectacular!! Food was nice, pizza cooked in the oven was delicious definitely recommend as well as the gyros! We stayed all inclusive for a week, the only thing I would say is we paid for a sea view but was put to the side of the hotel (still could see the sea!!) but compared the the view at the front it was adequate.. I guess this is a different booking I just wish it was made clear prior. Special thank you to Stratos Koufos for the astronomy night held on our first evening there, looking through his telescope at the moon and stars whilst he gave us a Greek mythology lesson as well as sharing the photos and information with us after! Truly magical experience would love to experience again!

Excellent experience generally. Deluxe hotel very comfort. Food delicious. Staff very polite, professional and helpful. The hotel manager Natalia outstanding communication and helpful, the same the head chef and animation team. Not the best Spa experience.(watch out). Thank you all. Looking forward to go back this year.

This was our first holiday abroad and we didn't really know what to expect. Having researched plenty of hotels in Rhodes we finally picked the Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel and we are so glad we did. The entrance with it's statue of Pegasos is quite spectacular and the lobby is very light and spacious. Our room was on the 4th floor with what can only be described as a Spectacular Sea View and view across the vast hotel complex. ALL the hotel staff were very polite and always helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and likewise our room. The entertainment laid on was brilliant, not always to our taste but nethertheless really good and the final night Fire Show was superb. If staying here I would suggest going for all- inclusive and a sea view - we'll worth the extra money. We walked along the beach and looked at the other hotels and we all said we would have been very disappointed if we had stayed anywhere else - The Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel was definitely the Best on the Block.

This vacaition was awesome!! The environment here is really great. Everything is beautiful. The rooms are okay. They are smaller but not too much. (Only the extra bed could have been better. Three planks were missing.) The sea is beautiful. It was mainly calm, but sometimes we had smaller waves. Ideal for kids. You can even go snorkeling and see some fish! The beach is great. There is sand and the sunbeds are completely free. All day you have bars opened, where you can get coctails and drinks. There are even people for meals outside the main ones (waffles, pancakes, gyros...). The food here is good. They have many opinions for everyone, and the personal here is really quick and friendly. All people here are especially friendly and kind. Mainly the animators and their programe. They have activities for all kinds of people, any age and abilities throughout the day. You have watergym with Evelyn, aqua polo and darts with Gustavo and my favourite, beach volleyball with Paula. And many more!! Amazing. And! Almost every evening they have something planned (party, live music even FIRE SHOW, presented by the animators. It was really cool.) All at all, i loved it here. ＜3
