We had the worst experience at this hotel. We booked over 12 months in advance as a group of 5 people to attend for our daughters wedding where the wedding venue was the hotel next door. On arrival at 2am we were told we had been relocated to a different hotel, a 20 minute drive away! I was so upset, nobody had informed us of this change until we arrived. The man on reception had very poor broken English but he shown us no empathy whatsoever with our situation and we had no choice but to leave the hotel. They already had a taxi waiting for us, this was pre-planned months ago but why were we not informed sooner?! On soeaking to see Nikolas the manager the next day he too shown us very little empathy. After us explaining our situation, reasons why we booked that hotel for our daughters wedding he told us he'd found us three mountain view rooms, not sea view as we'd booked but it was more important for us to be nearer the wedding venue. We repacked our belongings ready to move hotel only to come back to our room after breakfast to a note advising us that Pegasos had informed the hotel we were staying here for the duration of our holiday! We contacted Pegasos again, spoke to reservations only to be told there were no reservations! We tried to speak again with Nikolas but of course he wasn't available! Why lie to us though?? He never rang us back as we'd asked but they never did ring us back each time we called! Very poor customer service. The staff need to be trained up to customer service standards as they shown us no empathy whatsoever despite our situation and for the manager to bareface lie to us about finding us rooms too I think it is absolutely disgusting behaviour and we will be taking it further once we are home!
