Kresten Palace Hotel

The most amazing stay in Kresten Palace, the entertainment team, especially Kiko make the evenings and activities during the day great. This has been my first time in a hotel with entertainment and will definitely be back again as long as Kiko is here! He makes the holiday special and is a very talented individual.

Good staff, many facilities, good food ( special the sweets and the chefs special food), clean and quiet .There is a beautiful pooll , and very large evening bar. View is wonderfull. Every night is a show for adult and fir the children . We liked.

4 bcuz the receptionist gave me a toy and im a kid oc so i got into the room and saw ANTS ANTS! I would come here again but they remove the ants. I will give this five stars. The ants were the things that annoyed me so I do This hotel if you’re going to Greece

This was our third summer that we stayed at Kresten Palace Hotel. We certainly hope to come back next summer too because we really feel at home at Kresten Palace. The hotel has a perfect location, easily accessible beach, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Our children also enjoyed their vacation and are looking forward to coming back next summer.

Just arrived home from a 10 night stay. The service we received from the moment we arrived was Excellent, Eleanor at reception was a delight, nothing was a problem, she was warm and welcoming and really done reception a great credit. The hotel itself was Open Airy and clean, the rooms were a good size and modern, although the bathrooms could do with being modernised. The pool area was great, the pool itself was big and we never had any issues getting sun beds. The bar and waitressing staff at the pool area were friendly also. The views by day and night were spectacular. The Restaurant was a lovely area too. Freda and Atonis made our stay very memorable, they were so pleasant and friendly and were full of chats and smiles each day and were so good with my little niece, who absolutely loved seeing them each day. (The food could improve at times tho) I added the spa for a treatment on one of the days and Vulga (I believe was her name) was pleasant friendly and professional. The entertainment team were great!! Was a wide range of activities during the day and at night, the kept spirits high and made our stay good fun!! Overall we had a very nice stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, I have seen some negative reviews here but honestly our stay was first class and I defintely will be back!!

Worst hotel ever dirty very rude staff on reception , food cold bedrooms shocking dirt & grime everywhere , no tea coffee making facilities, only a kettle which blew the electrics when you plugged it in 2 basic tumblers 2 cups chipped, crawling with ants 🐜 terrible entertainment, swimming pool very slippy beach if you could call it that, mostly rocks & boulders & sun loungers 15 euros a day all ripped & stained, could go on about it for ever awful awful awful.
