Kaifeng AITCHONE Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

第二次來開封了，但這次酒店必須是我此次旅程的加分項，本來想着先入住一晚看看情況再選擇續訂，結果等第一晚住上就趕緊續訂了，前台服務態度耐心又熱情，早餐也賊豐富，酒店隔音也挺好，還有洗澡熱水非常給力，距離各個景點都很近，去萬歲山和清明上河園才不到兩公里，掃個共享電車就能去。聲明一下本人絕對不是託兒，當晚入住時前台主動幫忙升級了房間，倆人住着非常寬敞，前台小姐姐主動發送了一份電子版開封旅行攻略，還有開封遊玩指南的地圖，這次去天氣已經降温了，酒店大堂還有熱乎乎的大麥茶供應，細節滿滿，必須誇誇。不得不説錯峯出行就是好，這家酒店性價必須滿星！！以後再帶家人去開封玩的話，首選這家！
