Fabulous experience with the most attentive staff. A massive shout out to Mali & the fabulous mixologist Emre mixing us the best cocktails we’ve ever had . The best all inclusive resort I’ve stayed in with exquisite food cooked to order & a plentiful selection . Amazing attention to detail , seeing is believing.

Our second visit and certainly won’t be our last, from start to finish we were treat like royalty , we enjoyed the Cordelia lobby bar the cocktails were amazing and staff so friendly, one evening it was really busy but Gulnara worked like superwoman to clear the bar. Pool was lovely like a heated bath, food and drinks were amazing. Room lovely and clean, panel to work lights etc was easy to use. Hotel is spotless and staff cater to every need, very friendly and hard working xx Hoping to return twice next year xx

Just WOW, this was our 2nd Christmas & NY at Cullinan, and it was as magical as last year. From the minute you walk in you are made to feel special. We had Nagehan & Atakan as guest relations…they were fabulous. Kept us updated every day on what was on, assisted are every request quickly & efficiently. The service was excellent. Our room a Roof Room was the end room, very large & spacious. Well equipped and very clean, both day & evening clean/ towel change, turn down service was 10/10. Beds really comfy. The main restaurant was good, choose & quality, service good . Also day snacks look for Volkan he’s brilliant & can talk . The ALC were fabulous. The steakhouse is exceptional, service & value for money €49. The restaurant Manager remembered us from last year which was lovely. The Tappanyaki also €49 well worth it. Great entertainment & food lovely (so much I couldn’t eat it all) a great nights entertainment on its own. The 24/7 service, quality & food was great. Also the Italian very good. The patisserie & chocolate shop a must. There are some lovely shops, a mini shop and hairdressers/ beauty salon. I had hair style and nails done, really pleased. Spa excellent and well equipped. I mainly used the Irish bar, loved sitting outside with overhead gas heaters…so warm. The staff here just exceptional Memet Ali, Batu brilliant but Aysenur (I Sha) the best waitress I’ve ever had & been to all major hotels in Turkey. The entertainment for Xmas & NY really good. We are already looking to book next year. This hotel is a must if you like to be made to feel special. The golf courses are in great condition and the clubhouse really nice, good staff and food. We spoke to guest relations about a few things (small) we’d like to see next year..sandwiches in the patisserie. Baked potatoes in the main restaurant. Which they were interested in our views. Can’t wait to get back… same room please. Just WOW.

Excellent choice for New Year celebration. Service in very high level standards. Amazing choice of food plates. The only bad experience was the chaos during the main New Year celebration in the conference Hall where we really felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Totally unacceptable for the price of 300€ per person and for the level of the hotel.
