From the moment we arrived at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, we have been blown away by the experience. The check-in process was seamless and truly indulgent, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with exquisite cocktails, and upon entering our Lagoon Suite, we were delighted to find beautifully presented gifts - a fresh fruit platter, an assortment of patisserie treats, and to top it all off, a bottle of the finest Chivas Regal whiskey and a bottle of red wine. These thoughtful touches instantly made us feel valued and welcomed. The suite itself has been nothing short of perfection. It is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the pool is wonderfully warm, making every moment feel like a dream. The hospitality here is on another level - every staff member is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely attentive. Special mention to Mesut, whose service has been exceptional; he goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an amazing experience. His smile is infectious, and he is just such a genuinely lovely person who makes you feel truly welcome! A huge highlight of our stay has been the guest relations team, who truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Veronika, Alina, and Mesut, along with the rest of the team, provide a VIP experience, ensuring every detail is taken care of with warmth and efficiency. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction set this hotel apart - they genuinely make you feel like a priority from start to finish. One standout feature of the stay has been the guest relations service, which truly adds a VIP touch. Guests are added to a WhatsApp group, where a dedicated team is always available to assist with anything - whether it’s booking restaurants, arranging activities, or simply ensuring every need is met. This level of personal attention makes you feel genuinely looked after and elevates the experience to another level. The food options are fantastic, catering to every taste. We had dinner at Serafina, the Italian à la carte restaurant, and it was absolutely phenomenal - from the flavors to the presentation, everything was flawless. We have reserved the Steak House for tomorrow and are eagerly looking forward to it - if the Italian restaurant is anything to go by, we’re certain it will be an exceptional dining experience! Another standout aspect of our stay has been the animation and entertainment team, who bring so much energy, warmth, and fun to the resort. Special mention to Emmanuel and Mehmet, who have gone above and beyond to make our experience even better. Emmanuel, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful - one afternoon, he personally helped set up our loungers right in front of the beach, ensuring we had the perfect spot to relax. The golf course was excellent. The greens were magnificent. They were so fast. However to top all this the inhouse staff were fantastic. Very friendly and on the ball and attentive to detail. Their names were Fatih, nesibe chef. They could not have improved their service. First class. Food also superb.

We had a holiday in the New Year in this hotel. I highly recommend a holiday with children even in winter. Girls from the mini-club with great dedication are engaged in children, make crafts, communicate, dance at mini-disco. At the New Year's event the children had their own separate hall, with a buffet, concert programme and entertainment! Special thanks to the guest support especially for Mesut - the highest professional of his work, very attentive, responsive, always prompts and advises, will help in every situation! The food is amazing! Varied both in the main restaurant and in additional restaurants. The service staff is top notch. There was not a single situation where we were left unattended. The only downside is the cold water in the indoor pool. A couple of days after our arrival the water was comfortable for swimming, but unfortunately after the New Year it was very cold and we stopped visiting the pool. We highly recommend this hotel. :)
