This is an absolutely stunning place wow. We stayed at 1 of the Bellis Villas, with our family and it’s beautiful The food, drinks decor, service I’d just pure luxury . We had free full access to all bars and all food places , laundry. The staff are second on they don’t speak a lot of English however we were able to communicate very easily with all of them and there was some English speaking people on the reception The villa was just spectacular. I cannot fault anything about this holiday. I could write so much more but it was just First Class. I would highly recommend this hotel and Villa one of the best I’ve ever been to.

This hotel is good, I would have given this hotel 5/5 if it wasn’t for the couple of points I will discuss later Overall, very clean, great resort, and very big, the Zoo is a great added bonus and kids loved it. We had the family room, it was ok, a bit tired, and only one toilet, tiny bath and sink area for two rooms and 4 people was not great. Food was amazing, the drinks, coffee, cafe, and food options are endless. This hotel is relaxed, and everything works really well. Feedback points: - Staff in this hotel find it very hard to communicate or speak English, I have stayed at 3-4 others resorts in Antalya and never experienced it this bad. This is something you must fix. It’s a universal language, and never experienced it this bad in any other country I have been, or anywhere else in Turkey. - I caught a sickness bug on my last day, non stop vomiting, went to the Dr office nobody there, called a number, nurse initially advised not open and bye, she then came reluctantly as I was ‘No Doctor?’, The Dr is not on site, sorry we can’t help you, and go to guest relations. What are guest relations going to do? You need to go to the hospital for a check up if you want a paracetamol was her response. Again how can a nurse not speak English, it was so hard to communicate. This is a risk to anyone coming to this hotel, a Doctor is not available or onsite 24hrs a day as I found when I needed help. I was shocked, and for a simple request of a paracetamol or anti sickness tablet, I was required to visit the hospital, according to the nurse. Crazy? What if it was a serious incident?? This can not be acceptable - Your outdoor pools for a 5 star hotel at this cost should be heated. Unacceptable they are not. I can’t give this hotel any more than 4 out of 5, especially with how the Nurse handled the situation when I needed help. Disappointed.

Turkey is one of our favourite holiday destinations and we often stay at Rixos hotels, where the quality standard is generally high. However, Bellis Deluxe in Belek managed to exceed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel truly understands what families with children need. We were two families travelling from two different countries with little ones age 10 months and 4 years old. Both kids were able to enjoy all the facilities just as much as the adults—if not more! There’s a real sense that children are genuinely welcomed here, not just accommodated. The waterparks were a huge hit! Heated water made all the difference (we found 30°C much more enjoyable than the 27–28°C.) No matter the weather, we were able to enjoy swimming and water fun every single day. The indoor pools, saunas, and hammam were fantastic, making the holiday completely weatherproof. An unexpected and lovely surprise were the turtles walking around the grounds—our kids loved feeding them dandelions! The cats are treated here with care and respect, as is common in Turkey, but just a little note of caution: they can scratch, so it’s best to be careful, especially with young children. Another attraction is the on-site zoo. We saw kids enjoying pony rides and we went to see the animals nearly daily. We learned from staff that the zoo also provides care for homeless/ unwanted or unwell animals and there are vets on site. Food-wise, we were pretty impressed. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Some Turkish dishes were so good I looked up the recipes to try making them at home! The desserts—especially from the café—were phenomenal. The tiramisu was honestly the best we’ve had, even compared to the UK (and alcohol-free). Everything at the hotel is thoughtfully arranged. Basics like towels, water, and anything else we needed were always within reach. Any mess created by the kids disappeared quickly and without fuss. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff on the 5th floor—our rooms were cleaned daily and we were never once disturbed. One small downside was a slightly pushy gentleman offering spa treatments and massages. But otherwise all the staff were incredible. Always polite, warm, and helpful without ever invading our space. We were given rooms super quick and on the same floor with extra beds -a huge help when travelling with a baby. Reception staff were friendly and professional. One evening I felt a bit bad about the mess our baby made around the highchair (and to be honest, the one I made myself that day at the bistro too!). A waitress, Shadiiyam, told us not to worry and that as long as kids have eaten and are happy it was absolutely fine. That one sentence captured the essence of this hotel—warm, understanding, and focused on what really matters. We’re currently four days into a 10-night stay at Bellis Deluxe, and while there are some positives, overall it’s been a bit of a letdown – especially compared to six other hotels we’ve stayed at in the Belek/Lara region. The Mimosa garden room is quite dated and could’ve been cleaner upon arrival. The main building interiors also feel tired and don’t really match the “deluxe” label. Beds are very firm, and the outdoor pool is unheated, which makes it less enjoyable at this time of year. One of the biggest things missing is atmosphere. There’s no evening animation team entertainment at the end of April, which we were told is because it’s not yet their main season – something that wasn’t made clear before booking. That, combined with staff who are generally helpful but not especially warm or bubbly, means the resort lacks the energy and welcoming vibe we’ve experienced elsewhere. It just feels a bit flat. There’s also a tiered “levels” system, and unless you’re booking the top level, it can feel like you’re not getting the full experience. It’s worth being aware of that when choosing your room. Especially when it comes to the food, which is somewhat lacking in the main restaurant. That said, the kids’ pool and play area are excellent – definitely a highlight for families. Staff have been professional and service has been fine overall, but without the little touches and vibrancy that help make a resort memorable. We’re still hopeful the rest of the trip improves, but right now, it feels like the value for money isn’t quite there.
