Regnum Carya is truly a paradise on earth, offering amazing hospitality. Ciser was incredibly helpful, providing all the information needed and excelling in hospitality. The food and service were outstanding, with a fantastic spread. I attended the IMWF conference here, and the Indian food by the Purpleberry team was exceptional, thanks to the great arrangements by Inventum Global. Thank you so much for everything!

Great Golf – Let Down by the Hotel and Customer Service We visited as a group of four golfers, looking for a relaxing break with some good food and great golf. While the golf itself lived up to expectations and the Japanese restaurant, patisserie, and bakery all delivered excellent food and service, unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The overall hotel experience was disappointing. The adults-only pool, which should have been a relaxing space, was right next to a large construction site — and the noise was constant and intrusive (clearly heard in the video we took). It rendered that area unusable for us, forcing us to use the busier family pool, which wasn’t what we were looking for. Several of the advertised à la carte restaurants were closed during our stay, further limiting our dining options. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service — particularly at reception. The hotel mixed up our room assignments, swapping the names on the bookings. This resulted in charges, such as a massage, being assigned to the wrong room. We assumed it wouldn’t be a problem to fix — especially since each room came with a €200 voucher — but were surprised when reception (specifically a staff member named Sedat USLUODLU) told us it couldn’t be corrected. As a result, one room had a much larger bill and we were initially told we’d still have to pay the full €200, despite it being the hotel’s mistake. We had to escalate the issue before it was eventually resolved, but the entire process gave the impression that the hotel was looking to charge extra at every opportunity. For example, we were quoted €230 for a late check-out of just four hours per room. This was my second time staying at a five-star hotel in Turkey — and this one simply isn’t in the same league. My previous experience was excellent, with outstanding service throughout, so this feels like a hotel-specific issue rather than a reflection of Turkish hospitality in general. A real shame, as with better management and service, it could be a much better experience.

Outstanding Experience at Regnum Carya. Wow, what an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional. The buffet offered a wide variety to suit all tastes, and the sushi restaurant was a particular favourite among our group. The teppanyaki night was another highlight — delicious food and thoroughly entertaining from start to finish. The bar staff were brilliant — attentive, friendly, and always on hand with a smile. A special thank you to Kamelia, who truly stood out. She handled our many requests with grace and ensured everything ran smoothly for us. Her dedication and warmth made a real difference. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be returning!

We have stayed at the Regnum previously, and it is definitely for us our favourite hotel in Belek (we have stayed at most of them). You know as soon as you walk into the hotel that it is five star facility. A warm welcome on our arrival we were led up to a lovely sized room. On Tripadvisor it is so easy to write a review about how wonderful things are like the, golf courses, the Ala Carte restaurants (the Turkish is our favourite) and how wonderful the facilities are, but it is when things don't quite go to plan that you find out just how good a hotel and its staff are. Unusually, my partner became unwell on the second day of our stay. Client services heard about this, and I was surprised when they phoned the room to ask if there was anything we needed, they also phoned again later about 7pm to check whether we would like anything sent to our room from the main restaurant. Fortunately after 24 hours my partner began to feel much better, but these simple gestures of asking did we need anything, makes such a huge hotel feel much more intimate. Later in our stay, my partner raised an issue about something and again client services went above and beyond to feedback to him about what they had done to check the points he raised and to ensure it did not impact our stay. So impressed. Regnum is definitely our second home.

For context, my husband and I have been privileged to have stayed in many luxury 5* hotels across Europe, the UAE, the Caribbean, Africa and North America. Previous holidays have included stays in the following hotel brands; Ikos, Rixos, Barut, Excellence and Secrets Resorts, Royalton, Jumeirah, Riu, Hyatt. This trip to Regnum Carya in October was our 18th all inclusive holiday in Turkey. Recently we enjoyed stays at NG Phaselis Bay in Kemer, Voyage Torba, The Residence Fethiye and Cullinan Belek. Highlights • Top highlight award goes to the gym! Hands down the Regnum gym has the most extensive range of new gym equipment of any hotel or health club we have ever visited. It was almost a pleasure to go each morning haha. • Jade room was spacious and well equipped with separate dressing area, great mini bar, large terrace with picturesque, far reaching views over the villas and golf course • We loved the spacious grounds, beach area and pier • The shows, beach party and a couple of the lives bands were top class and overall the evenings were good fun • All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional • Service at the activity pool was seamless • Other than a disappointing first night meal in the Irish Bar, all our evening a la carte meals were very nice Other reflexions • Lunch We don’t generally enjoy buffet dining, so the lack of a la carte restaurant options (as opposed to a la carte snack restaurants) at breakfast and lunchtime was a disappointment. Whilst both Gusto and Palm Beach Club offered a varied lunchtime menu, the venues themselves didn’t scream 5* top class dining experience as one might expect in line with the Regnum price point. Unfortunately, due to the open air setting, our lunchtime meals were adversely impacted by guests smoking (as of course they are entitled to) nearby. Voyage Torba, for example, has 4 a la carte breakfast restaurants plus buffet and 5 a la carte lunch restaurants plus buffet several with indoor and outdoor seating. The Ikos hotels also offer multiple a la carte dining options at all meal times. Maybe we were unlucky, but due to the open air nature of Gusto and Palm Beach Club we didn’t manage to enjoy a single smoke-free lunch. This would be one key reason why we would be unlikely to return to the Regnum • Drinks The cocktail menu was limited and uninspiring in comparison with other hotels (like Cullinan, NG Phaselis Bay, Voyage etc) and the same drinks menu was offered at all the bars. The presentation of the cocktails was very bland, particularly around the pools where cocktails were served in disposable domed, plastic cups more suited to a frappuccino than a frozen daiquiri or Bloody Mary. I understand the need for safe glassware but reusable plastic cocktail and wine glasses, in place of a cheap throw away plastic cup, would have been in keeping with a more upmarket vibe (and obviously more eco friendly). At Green Bar one evening I asked for a French 75 cocktail, but unfortunately
