My stay at Kaya Belek was truly exceptional. The hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with beautifully designed rooms and top-tier amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and catered to every need with a smile. The rooftop pool with breathtaking views, along with the spa, provided a perfect way to unwind. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with gourmet dishes and impeccable service. I highly recommend Kaya Belek for anyone seeking a flawless 5-star experience

Amazing holiday. The hotel and its staff are just great. Such a relaxing place. Ebru from the over 16 area of the main restaurant (amazing food) was a stand out waitress, could not do any more for us and always with a smile. The “skater boy” at the pool was a delight too. Yes, as others have said, rooms are dated but they are clean and spacious and our sea view was definitely worth it. Saw some good “acts” in the evening. My only real criticism about our 8 nights there is that some of the other guests were so rude to staff. Totally unnecessary. Even better if - tv channels are limited to just one for England (but we don’t go on holiday for the telly), better wifi (though perfectly workable in lobby area). Would be good to have more info about the locality and what is around. Back to the food - those reviews that say it’s repetitive- well it is insofar as they have pretty much everything every day. One of the best all inclusive buffets I’ve ever been too. The ottoman a la carte restaurant was also superb. Thank you kaya belek

Stay away from this hotel. It’s very out dated and the photos are extremely deceptive. The rooms are dirty and the AC doesn’t work in two rooms I stayed in. Beds are hard as a rock as others have mentioned. Lots of things are chipped and broken. The hotel is something out of the 80s just not functional. The food is decent but greasy. The staff try to help but they can only do so much when everything is falling apart and Shameful management. Absolutely shameful, they ruined our long awaited family trip. I don’t even care about the money, it’s the time and the trip being ruined that’s upsetting. Don’t do this to your family. Stay elsewhere.

I and my husband like this hotel because of its unforgetable, nice and smiling staff, beautiful garden, nice beach and deckchairs on the grass. It was our 3rd stay here. It is difficult for me to eat anywhere outside home due to lactose and gluten intolerancie. But when I asked for assistance at Kya Belek Hotel the people were helpful, especially Derya - cheff for guest relations. Thanks to her I had possibility to have lactose free yoghurt, she arranged everything very quickly, she is nice and very helpful. A cook also offered gluten free bread. Food was delicious and there was always something to choose from. And the best waiter - Ismail, always smiling and doing everything for guests. That was great how people at this hotel are helpful, always in a good mood. The only thing I would suggest to improve is to expand, or make more variable a diet corner - it would be great if also lacto free products (f.e. cheese, yoghurt, etc.) and also gluten free bread and pastry would be available. Also room cleaning this year I found worse and if they reconstruct interior (rooms, bathrooms, hall and other space) it would be our favourite hotel. About my stay at Kaya Hotel, from the first day the staff cooperated with us to make our stay one of the most enjoyable vacations. All the employees maintain a smile and provide excellent hospitality. The food is delicious, the pools are clean and spacious, there are many recreational activities, and the views are absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a complete and enjoyable stay in Antalya, you should definitely choose Kaya Hotel. The reception staff and their cooperation were excellent. The room was changed immediately upon our objection to the initial room. Our heartfelt thanks. And to the children's team, especially Juliana, the friend of our daughter, Joyce, her sweetness and her constant smile, we will not forget you - a truly creative and very kind team. Thank you Kaya Hotel for making it very unique and especial.
