Crystal Tat Beach Golf Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

Family friendly hotel and especially good for kids. A lot of activities available on site for everyone. Large beach connected to the resort and large outside pools even with water slides for kids and adults. All kind of food choices are available. The only bad taste from the experience is the horrible Wi-fi connection (a lot of the time wasn't available) and the early morning towel reservations (beach and pool eventhough tehere were sign it's forbidden) which was ridiculous.

The hotel itself did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. The room was dirty and poorly cleaned, as evidenced by the attached photographs. We had booked a double capacity room for four people, however, upon arrival, we were given a room that was only suitable for three people. The fourth person was forced to sleep on a cramped sofa bed, which significantly reduced the overall comfort and space in the room. The room itself was incredibly small, making it difficult for us to move around freely. This was particularly frustrating given that we had been anticipating this holiday for an entire year. When we attempted to address this issue with the hotel staff, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of willingness to assist. They simply informed us that we would have to accept the room as it was or leave. Internet connection was very poor or there was no internet at all. Most of the staff did not speak any English. Shops inside the hotel, so called "markets" are complete rip off, no prices displayed for any products, no receipts for anything you buy.... This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing, as it ruined what was meant to be a relaxing vacation.

We stayed in this hotel in July 2024 and stayed for 2 weeks, until August. Overall, the hotel is great, it has a good location, and the theme park Land of Legends is really close to the hotel, but one flaw is that in front of the hotel there are no shops and no urban areas, so you have to walk or take a bus or a taxi to get to the area where you can buy some stuff. It's really clean; my room was cleaned every day, and the mini bar was also refilled. New, clean towels were brought every day, as were new sheets. We stayed in a family room, which had a lot of light and two separate rooms. The food was truly amazing; there are a lot of options: meat, pasta, pastry, traditional food, gözleme, fish, burgers, salads, sushi, a lot of cakes, ice cream, etc. There is one bar (Sultan bar) that works 24 hours a day, and you can get food there whenever you want. There are also a lot of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There are two pools on the outside and one small pool for kids; on the inside, there is a pool with cold water in the spa center. The water in the pools on the outside was always warm but a little bit unpleasant in the afternoon. Also, there was a really bad odour next to the main pool, close to the bar. The beach is huge, with golden sand and a lot of greenery. It has a bar next to it and a swing if you want to relax, as well as many watersports (jetski, parasailing, water cars, and much more). After 4 p.m., there are a lot of waves, which can be annoying, and they are dragging a lot of dirt. The hotel has a few waterslides that are really fun (one of them is for 16+). Entertainment was phenomenal; there were activities the whole day, and there was no way you could be bored. At 12 p.m., there is a pool game at the main pool, and you can win great prizes. There is an aqua gym, dance, darts, shooting, golf, mini club activities, and in the evening, a show in the amphitheatre and live music on the stage, as well as two parties in a week and also a nightclub. If you are into sports, there are basketball and football courts, beach volleyball, waterpolo, golf, a gym, etc. There are a lot of animals; cats are everywhere, as are hedgehogs. The staff is really hard-working and nice to the guests. Entertainers are really funny, and employees at the bar are always smiling, as are the lifeguards and waiters at the restaurant. Special thanks to Irfan (La Mer Spa), Ömer (Main Restaurant), and the Entertainment team. I would definitely return next year, it's a great hotel.

the hotel is perfect especially for families with children, there are plenty of activities for children, I want to especially thank Artur and Andac Semerca who are wonderful to children and very kind and always willing to help. Of course, we must not forget Alper, who is a really nice person and helps everyone in every sense of the word. The hotel is perfect and we will come again.

Very nice staff, very happy with room. Beach only 2 minutes away, many bars to get drinks from and morning activities were fun. Would recommend. Short taxi ride to local town and attractions. Kid friendly and very good for couples. Stayed 7 nights would stay more. Thanks crystal tat.

Everything was great the food was good the people were nice and and the our room was really clean and nice the beach here was pretty and we had a really great time. And thank you for miss özlem she was really nice and helped us to. Thank you so much tat beach

Everything ...was good, foods, ...drinks and.... employees.. . The ....place is very beautiful.. . The food ........is delicious.. . The employees are kind and friendly.. . We had a wondrfull holiday, I hope we will come back somedays.. .

we came with friend to vacation in Poland, a hotel with a lot of options in terms of aktivities, whether it is activities in the morning or activities in thr evening , after the event is over, if you still want to have fun, you can go to the disco, in this respect, we found it very, very good and very successful.

Just got back from spending a week at Crystal Tat Beach Hotel. From the minute we stepped off the plane to the minute we got back on the plane to come home everything went really well transfers, checking in to checking out, all the staff were very pleasant, polite and professional. We visited the Spa first day so impressed we went every day for a treatment massage which has eased pains in our backs & shoulders. We had a professional photo shoot which was good fun and lovely memories to treasure. Food & drink was available 24 hours, buffet was the same most days but I take my hat of to restaurants that are all inclusive as they have so many people visiting from different countries and different cultures you are not going to meet everyone's expectation but for me there were lots to choose from and tasty, (No-one is going to starve). The one thing that impressed my husband and I was the cleanliness of the hotel, OMG it was spotless and you always saw all staff in all areas all day cleaning, my husband even mentioned the gents toilets always smelt fresh and clean (that's a Biggy for men's toilets). We planned a winter escape to relax and enjoy our own company and that is exactly what we did so thank you to everyone at the Crystal Tat Beach Hotel we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and are most likely will return.
