Everything was good. Good service, good food and the sea side view is amazing!

Otelin en beğendiğimiz yönü konumu oldu, kendine ait küçük ama temiz bir plajı var bir bölümü taşlı bir bölümü kum..Odalar oldukça ferah eski ama bakımlı.Personel sayısı yetersiz ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar fakat bundan kaynaklı özellikle restoranda aksaklıklar oluyor.Yemek saati başladığında çıkan yemeklerin ve tatlıların bir çoğu ilk yarım saatte tüketiliyor yerine ekleme yapılmıyor, kalan bir iki çeşitle idare ediyorsunuz bununla birlikte kirli tabaklarla dolu olmayan masa bulmak büyük bir sorun.Havuz temiz fakat otelde ciddi bir şezlong kapma yarışı var sabah dokuzda hem plaj hem havuz çevresinde şezlonglar havlu konulup rezerve ediliyor gün içinde çoğu kullanılmıyor. Özellikle animasyon ekibi çok başarılı gün içinde ve akşamları ayrı aktivite ve gösteriler düzenleniyor.

Otel konum olarak denize yakın olmakla beraber sahile inmek için baya efor gerekiyor. Çalışanlar stajyer öğrenci ağırlıklı ,yemek çeşitleri fena değil, yemeklerde mevsim meyvelerine ağırlık verilmeli,tatlı çeşitleri yetersiz ,oda ve özellikle banyolarda tadilat gerekli .

ما ۷ شب اینجا بودیم به نسبت قیمت میتونم بگم عالی بود غذاها تنوع خیلی کمی داشت ولی تو سطح کیفیتی خوبی بود پارکه آبی نداره ولی میتونید به پارک آبیهای اطرافش برید هتل فضای بسیار بزرگی داره، اتاق ها تمیز و بزرگ و مجهز هستن نوشیدنیهای هتل عالی، حتی از برندها استفاده میکنن ۲ استخر بزرگ داره که یکی عمیق و اون یکی با عمق کمتر هست تیم انیمیشن خیلی قوی نیست و عملا برنامه ی خاصی ندارن اطراف هتل مراکز خرید avm و همچنین مراکز خرید ازمیر در یک ساعتی اونجا وجود دارن که میتونین خرید کنید کلاب ex-club در نزدیکیهای هتل هست که عالیه، هزینه ورودی هم. ندارد

This is one of the dirtiest and grubbiest hotels I have been to. I asked to move rooms due to the filth of the bathroom when I checked in and was moved to another room which was as dirty with a poo stain on the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t go.

This was by far the filthiest hotel we have ever stayed in, we stayed 8 nights and the room wasn't once cleaned during out stay. The food, while there was a lot of choice it was always cold. The beer and wine was mediocre at best. We had booked all inclusive but dined there only 4 times as it was so bad. The staff were totally unhelpful and had little understanding of English. I asked one morning for toilet rolls, they never arrived, we had to hunt some down. The corridor floor outside the room was filthy and not once cleaned while we were there.

So where to start if Yr going late October take some warm clothing for the evening Yr going to need it in the day it's lovely and warm Hotels nice lots to do pools are nice tad cold (tad cold due to the time of year) Hotel staff are friendly and helpful except the lady who does the snack bar (not happy lady ) Reception staff are great can't do enough for you all the bar staff over worked but will do anything thay can to make Yr stay a good one With the food lots of choice something for everyone And a bonus wifi almost throughout the hotel including Yr rooms even on the beach Entertainment was good Rooms are big got everything you need Now the negative bits While the rooms are big and got everything you need They need a good clean starting with the bathroom As a chef I was very happy with the types of food even with an all-inclusive menu Having food late on is a nice touch ie after midnight My only grumble was the food wasn't warm half the time it was cold coming off the outside grill you can understand with the wind But snack bar cold chips cold burgers And with the food inside should all be hot but they weren't On a positive the tea and coffee bar is also a good touch I was up very early and was able to get drinks Overall it's a great place Sort the food problem And a bit more cleaning in the rooms at the end of the season and I give you 5 stars

Worst Hotel i have ever been for a holiday. Terrible food with huge queues to get one and if you don't get any after the queues there isn't anymore made. Staff clearly doesn't want to be there and there is customer service is shocking. Rooms are dirty and not maintained.Broken doors, bugs and mosquitos. Entertainment team is boring and not much to offer and not sure whether they actually like the kids. Not kids or family friendly,also some areas of the hotel is concerning for health and safety,i was shocked to see the slide and swing still available when clearly it was broken. Hotel is overall really dirty, some equipments, coffee machines are actually full of mold. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, don't waste your money

This hotel is the worst we have ever been to and we have been to Turkey for the last 4 years, when we arrived I had to complain about the sewer drain outside our balcony which stunk, the room was dirty and not cleaned properly, staff were none English speaking even down to the reception staff, They were young and disrespectful and only bothered with the Turkish guests.the view from our balcony consisted of trees and a sun lounger grave yard. Don’t be fooled by adults only pool as this is not true, kids running around and screaming in all pools with large inflatables which makes it difficult to relax. The food was not of a high standard and I have never seen so many flies in a restaurant, chicken wings were raw in the middle and we had to send back, myself and our friends had upset stomachs on more than one occasion during this 10 day holiday would not recommend this hotel. Photos show the state of the bathroom, the view from our balcony and how the room was cleaned Some good points alacart restaurants are good and use the Caribbean restaurant down by the beach at lunchtime,food is better quality

Hidden Gem on Ladies Beach Beach & Views are Amazing Good Size Rooms Spotless Clean & Friendly Staff that were very helpful. Breakfast & Lunch Menu’s something for everybody. Kids Club & Entertainment Spa & Message excellent service Walking distance to ladies beach 200metres.

We had a lovely family holiday with our children and grandchildren, the hotel catered for our every need. Good sized rooms with a decent balcony and magical sea views , the rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed the beds were comfortable and nice soft fluffy pillows. Duvets also supplied if required. A safe is supplied and the fridge is filled with liquid refreshments upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful and the poolside entertainment all day was perfect. Lots of games to partake in with young family’s and shows are put on in the evening. 2 large pools and a mini pool area are great. Lots of food available throughout the day and unlimited drinks for adults and kids. HAKAN was one of the poolside entertainers and done a fantastic job involving people to engage in the daily activities on offer. A really great family orientated hotel. The dinner served was at 1900 and was a huge array of food to select from they also had a big grill outside that done all types of meats and dishes, too many to mention. They had a crepe bar also available for a snack and the actual snack bar opened at 1230 for burgers, chips and pizzas which the kiddies loved. There are 3 restaurants onsite also I.e Italian , Turkish and a seafood restaurant. The spa and wellness centre also by the pool for Turkish baths and massages was absolutely amazing. A small gym is also accessible if you want to get the workout in and they do morning poolside aerobics. I would definitely recommend for families, ladies beach was a 2 min walk and the centrum in Kuşadası was a 10 taxi drive costing around €5 there is a water park next door open on certain days also but separate to the hotel so a fee is required to enter. Food is wonderful, pillows are very comfortable, animators are very friendly, water in pool is very clean, hakan is best we love hakan so much, beach is very clean, staff is very good, beautiful nature. I hope I will return here once more. It is the best place I have ever visited!!!
