Good lake facing property with excellent support staff. The place is quiet and apt for a peaceful getaway for a family. Though rooms and fittings are old and doesn't have anything flashy or recently added it's very spacious and has everything you expect from a hotel room. Overall my family loved it ..The weather wasn't great the week we visited ..hence we couldn't benefit from lake access and playground in the property

We had a very great time here with our staff. The people in the reception were very welcoming with a cheerful heart. We can never say any complaint here. The stay, ambience, food, amenities everything is excellent. The housekeeping staffs are also very kind.

Stay was very nice. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed at the hotel for nearly two weeks. It was our group gathering with conference. The service at the restaurant and conference hall was top class. Food was the best. Some of the Kerala dishes were outstanding. Though our stay was long, each meal was different. International guests were very impressed with the food and service. Quality of the accommodation and house keeping is the best in its class. Location is beautiful, with lake view rooms offering a beautiful view of the lake, garden and the pool. The quiet and serene environment is just right to unwind and relax. Nevertheless, the location provides easy accessibility to the city, beaches and other areas of interest. Special thanks to Mr. Manoj Kumar, the GM, Mr. Fuji the Front Desk Manager and Mr. Ebenezer, the chief chef, the IT Manager and Maintenance staff as well as the staff at the Restaurant, specifically Rahul went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth conference and an enjoyable stay. They were very polite and always willing to help. We'd love to visit again!
