Stayed at suite with 2 bedrooms (4 pax), clean and comfortable. Good rate that includes daily breakfast. Hotel breakfast- feedback that food should be kept warm at all times

First time stay, rooms are compact but functional, comfortable, clean, complimentary indoor parking.

We have been here so many times, and always have great impression except this. The hotel is getting older, more busy, so much of the cleanliness is neglected. So much stain on the sofa & 2 parts of the carpet which we called to informed immediately after check-in, the aircon was down too, wonder if they service or clean, oil needed to be added to slowly work. Didnt allow to change room due to no vacancy for similar type we paid for, asked us to downgrade to another cheaper room which we werent keen, said will help us next day but didnt do anything. Obtained blanket to cover stain, carpet stains were still there as promised to deliver mats but didnt.

The room was extremely huge! It was very clean and tidy. Wifi was okay. Room also doesnt have any smell. Will definitely book again!

Hotel is located at a corner which does not have anything. You need a car or grab out to the nearest mall. The room that I stayed has air con leaking and no suggestion to change my room. Back to hotel in evening and realised that nobody came out and poor staff communication. Will avoid staying here again. Anyway the room is way too small to justify the price paid. Would stay downtown area instead. Tv was installed at an awkward height which explains why the small room can’t even accommodate a tv.

Room and bed is small, The price is a bit high cause booking made within one week. Fitness ceter also small. If you wish to pay less than RM300, you can choose this hotel

This hotel is definitely great value for money! Decently rooms, although staff could be more efficient. Rooms are ok if you just require the basic to rest while working or travelling.

Good stay with good service. 2nd time stay. Breakfast venue could do with more seating.

Always stay holiday inn express when have work at JB. Got laundry room. Very near to the town. I’ll repeat to as always.

The location is strategic, located at the central of JB, within 5minues drive to the famous eateries. The staffs are polite and fast in handling check in and check out process. The cons : The sound proof system is bad, the room next to us chit chat the whole night till 1am and 6am chat again, can hear very clearly and we can't sleep well.

Clean place. As true as the notice in the lift... the walls have ears... keep hearing sounds not from own room. Past mid night grab ride from zenith mall is rm7.22

Centrally located and well maintained. Will stay again! Highly recommended

This is already our 3rd staycation away from Singapore, everything had been great ask usual. The staff are all very polite and accommodating.
