KSL Hotel & Resort anmeldelser

Just beside the shopping mall and Monday night market. A lot of nice food near the hotel. There are 2 towers, tower 1 and tower 2. This time we stayed at tower 2 which has no view, no window even though when we booked it stated city view. Make sure you asked the reception during check in or else will ended with no view, no window. We booked for 3 pax but was given 2 towels. Need to check and informed the counter and the housekeepers would hang the extra 1 set on the door handle. Overall, the location is great and the food is yummy.

Location is convenient, it’s accessible to many food and shopping. Hotel room price is affordable.  But down side is that they have replaced the lobby sofa waiting area with Oriental Kopi. There is no sitting area at the lobby while waiting for the transport to arrive.

Room was cleaned and neat, but the plug beside the telephone was not working 🙁 Bed and pillows were quite comfortable 👏🏼 More variety of food for breakfast. The reception staff helpful and polite 👍🏼 Enjoyed the live band at Bali nite cafe 😁 Overall enjoyed the stay here.

By far, my place to go! Children like swimming hence we chosen stay with private pool  They truly enjoy the facilities  Except the gym is not complete otherwise location is ideal.Accessible to all place

Very cozy and good. As for the room toilet i hope they can install also the handheld shower head not the top shower type.

Very conveniently located near to KSL mall and other amenities around the area. Room was clean and have facilities for guests to enjoy. But food variety for buffet was so so, and the water spray from shower head in my room was weird..instead of spraying in one direction, the water sprayed out downwards and also to the left, resulting in a weak water pressure and turning the tap only makes the water spray all over the place even more. Did not call front desk to change room or get a plumber as it is too much of a hassle. Decent for the price paid overall but could do some maintenance.

We made a last-minute decision to book a room for the countdown party in JB. The room was okay and smelled good when we entered—not stuffy at all. However, we were disappointed that the hairdryer wasn’t working after we finished washing up. We tried contacting the concierge for assistance, but then realized their landline wasn’t working. We noticed a QR code for hotel requests/assistance, so we submitted our request and waited for almost 10–15 minutes with no response. We eventually went down to the counter, where they said they would send someone to check since the bathroom was smoky due to the faulty hairdryer. We also requested a portable hairdryer since it was already late at night and our hair was wet. However, they didn’t provide one immediately and said they would only provide it after checking. Overall, not recommended. The CS has dropped.

Always Happy with ksl, free WiFi, upgraded TV, spacious rooms, superb location, free parking,, love the grand king room bedding. Stay tower 1 better, went camp4 season food court for nye countdown. Love how fireworks are legal and right infront of us

Great stay hotel and many eateries around the hotel and great massage parlors. Not a very high floor but good enough can view fireworks during year end countdown. Only dissatisfy is the telephone operator is down and has to own self call use personal device to make phone call for hotel services.

Booked 2 rooms and although did not get connecting room, the rooms are just two units apart. Same level which is what I requested. Not the first time and will come back again.

Been here several times since 2019 Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

Every is abit old so might need some revamp for better environment I guess. Price is acceptable as location is pretty convenient.

Checking in, we were told they did not entertain any special requests when we asked for extra pillows due to my partner's injured back. Nothing came out of it, and my partner was up all night in pain and unable to sleep as a result. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the couple next door bonking night and day, and also when they started the shower. Amazing. When people walked upstairs, we could hear them. And when the rain pelted the glass, it was loud enough for me to wake several times. That, and the door bells from other rooms being rung. So no, not a good night's rest, even though I had ear plugs on. Breakfast was good though. And YouTube in the room was one of the saving grace. I could turn up the volume enough to cover the moans and piak piaks from the other adjoining room to our 2519.

Great stay with family, very convenient location with many food options and shopping at KSL. Will definitely stay there again.
