It was my first time to be there and I like it. Everything is OK only the bathroom tap is broken so u have to hold it when u use the rain shower.

I love the place such a very convenient for food. The hotel is clean and I like the room which I booked is the sea view

Good people but the toilet and all its not really clean like a 4star but the area is 4 star with alot of club and ktv quite noisy at night

Had a lovely stay at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel JB. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, the staffs made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Every request we had was met with efficiency and a smile. Both were not only professional but also incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast staff also deserves praise for being very attentive and accommodating, even though the breakfast itself was not the strongest part of the experience. The presentation and taste of the food could definitely be improved, as it was far from appetising. The rooms, while clean, were quite dated, and it might be time for an upgrade to better match the rest of the hotel’s charm. However, the ambience and size of the hotel made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel is fantastic. There's a mall with duty-free shops, fast food outlets, KTV lounges, bowling alleys, and plenty of shopping options just next door—very convenient for both families and travellers looking to explore. Despite a few areas that could use improvement, the affordable pricing, great amenities, and, most of all, the incredible staff, made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding hospitality of the people who work there. They truly made us feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the sea. The view from the room was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sight of the ocean was incredibly relaxing. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room to unwind. Room service was excellent—prompt, courteous, and the food was consistently good. The staff were professional and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful sea views and great service, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

The stay experience was very good, but the tap in my room leaked water, which needs to be improved. Traditional．

The hotel is big, free parking. Good to park at level 6 where there is security guard. Room is alright but dated. Good location if u just wanna get drunk and go back room. Value for money comes with breakfast as well.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel last night and was quite disappointed. Although it is rated highly, the experience did not meet my expectations. The room was rundown and had a noticeable unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to relax. The bed was not cozy at all, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was just average — nothing impressive for a hotel of this rating. Overall, it definitely needs renovation and better upkeep to truly deserve its 4-star status.

Good trip having to experience the different view and ambience. Day time and night is a whole new world. The alchohol in duty free is cheap

Overall, I could say I’m satisfied with everything except one thing; the noise came from the shanghai club at the level 5 quite pisses me off because you can hear the doom and you can feel the shake to your room window from as early as 8 pm to 5 am.

A relatively old hotel. Lots of interiors need to change to new ones. Bath tub is for show. Could not be used.

I loved everthing about this hotel, customer services excellent. Only add rm40 for extend 2hours before check out.

Overall is fine with the hotel price. Their service is above average. Good locations with food and pubs nearby. Recommend for short stay to relax.

Bathtub drain cover is damaged. Table and chairs are cracking. Breakfast is not good and I found cockroach on the food counter😖
