It is an average hotel. Corridor has a slightly stale smell. Breakfast spread is considered above average. However, certain food like tim sum is below average. Cleanliness is acceptable, but not above average.

All good just that suite room is kinda small in size, but the living room is very spacious and toilet bowl has no leg space because the glass door for shower room is exactly next to the toilet bowl. maybe can make room bigger and reduce the size of living room and definitely leg space at toilet bowl area needs to be enlarged or replanned. The buffet spread was super delicious and variety of spread. Each n every one of the staff at different department was absolutely friendly, helpful and well mannered! Thumbs up to all and the excellent service provided.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a warm DoubleTree cookie upon check-in. The location is super convenient, close to major shopping malls and easily accessible to the causeway. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both local and international tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Johor Bahru.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The cleaning was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment

Nice hotel. Just that the toilet door is a tad dirty. Can see a lot of dusts and mould formed. Something I can overlook. Location is good but being in city means slightly heavy traffic in and out of the area depending on the time of the day

I am so impressed with Doubletree! Upon queuing to be checked in, we were served freshly baked cookie. The cookie definitely warmed our hearts (pun intended) and we felt so welcomed by the gesture. The check in was smooth and the room was clean. There was also a cute staff serving pop corn at the lobby to guests heading out/in. We will be back! :)

I have a good stay at Doubletree. I have a welcome cookie when I arrived for checkin, is so cool. They have a whatsapp chat to follow-up on our stay to ensure everything is in order. So far this is the best hotel i stayed.

The hotel is elegant but lacks children shampoo/body wash. Location is ok but need transport to go to nearby malls. Overall, the room is big and the staff are friendly. Love the freshly baked cookies given during check in.
