Easy to check in. Proper instructions are given so can’t miss out the check in area. Apartment is clean with good wifi and Netflix. Only con is only one bathroom sharing among 3 bedrooms. Got washing machine but no dryer. Overall for staycation is convenient and had a beautiful seaside view towards the Johor Marina

Having nice experience here. near Mall. but don’t have internet connection. Internet automatic turn to roaming mood🥲. But room very nice. Magnificent View

The location is very convenient, close to the customs. Sometimes there is no mobile signal, but there is WiFi in the room. The room is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. One thing to note: the location provided was actually for the building across the street, and the instructions were not very clear. It took us some time to get the key and also to find the correct entrance after parking, because several blocks share the same parking lot. I recommend asking the staff clearly which block lobby and which parking entrance to use for your assigned room when picking up the key.

I was satisfied and felt cozy during my our stay. There even got the kitchen area and kitchen wares. Provide Netflix acc for entertainment too. Due to being that condo property is for homestay, it doesn’t have reception or check-in/out counter. But, they will send you guidelines in WhatsApp group chat. So, you can make sure your preferences for long term stays.

First time booking with host Anju. WA enquiries with the team are replied fast. Apartment are as per the pictures. Everything is relatively still new and clean. Comfortable stay. Only minus point is- i hope they put some hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels. Our building below has a 24hrs minimart,mamak shop and laundry. Wifi and reception in the room is good but some parts of the pool has no reception as its near to sg. Tv is smart tv but u get local sg channels too. Would definitely book there again!

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Host is very responsive. We had a pleasant stay and good experience. It is one of the best place we had stay before.

Nice short stay near ciq for return bck sg next day. This unit short of some kitchen utensils unlike other similar unit usually stayed, as only gt 1 knife no scissor board. As my family was looking to cut open or cutting some fruits. Convenient for grocery n food n daily amenities, esp rainy days.

After a three-year, staying in R&F again is a nice experience. Facilities & Service are excellent Helpful and attentive staff.

Terrible Customer Service: The front desk staff displayed a cold and indifferent attitude, speaking in a perfunctory manner with no basic courtesy or sense of service. When guests asked questions, they showed obvious impatience, making the overall service experience infuriating. Pillow with Hair and Blood Stains: The room's hygiene was extremely poor. The pillow on the bed had visible hair and what appeared to be blood stains—completely unacceptable. This seriously affected my sense of safety and comfort during my stay. Unbearable Odor in the Bathroom: The bathroom was filled with a strong smell of urine, clearly indicating it had not been properly cleaned. The condition was so bad it made using the facilities extremely unpleasant. As a hotel operating on this platform, such service and hygiene conditions are shocking and fall far below the platform’s expected standards. I request that the platform investigate this matter thoroughly and urge the hotel to provide a proper explanation and resolution. I also ask that the platform strengthen its oversight of this hotel's hygiene and service quality to prevent future harm to other customers.

The property is amazing, spacious and awesome. It's a bit far to walk from CIQ. No pedestrian to cross the road from RnF Mall so be careful when walking. Overall experience is great. Will book again in the future

We had a great time staying at anju’s property UNTIL something happened. So when we checked in, we notice that the sink was not glued to the toilet counter so i asked in the gc if its supposed to be like that. they said that will check with technician and no replies after that. the next day as we were getting ready to leave, suddenly there was sound of someone trying to open the door. 100% scared even though my husband is with me bc we were still getting dressed. Who would expect for a 4+ star review ratings on internet but have no safety protocol?! The guy managed to unlock the door but it didnt open fully, all thanks to the safety chain. Can you imagine if he entered while we were still getting dressed?! My husb got ready and went to check it out and turns out to be the contractor to fix the sink. Why was no proper procedure be done? Coming over when it’s not even check out time?! Informed anju’s staff and all they offered was discount as an compensation which is the price is still higher than the price here on trip. Definitely a traumatic and ridiculous incident. First and last time booking with Anju. Definitely not as expected based on reviews. 👎🏻
