Terrible Customer Service: The front desk staff displayed a cold and indifferent attitude, speaking in a perfunctory manner with no basic courtesy or sense of service. When guests asked questions, they showed obvious impatience, making the overall service experience infuriating.
Pillow with Hair and Blood Stains: The room's hygiene was extremely poor. The pillow on the bed had visible hair and what appeared to be blood stains—completely unacceptable. This seriously affected my sense of safety and comfort during my stay.
Unbearable Odor in the Bathroom: The bathroom was filled with a strong smell of urine, clearly indicating it had not been properly cleaned. The condition was so bad it made using the facilities extremely unpleasant.
As a hotel operating on this platform, such service and hygiene conditions are shocking and fall far below the platform’s expected standards. I request that the platform investigate this matter thoroughly and urge the hotel to provide a proper explanation and resolution. I also ask that the platform strengthen its oversight of this hotel's hygiene and service quality to prevent future harm to other customers.
