We got room 1502 blk5B. Finding the blk in the carpark was a nightmare. Even they gave picture instructions, its still unclear. Cleanliness is 7/10. U can see obvious dirt from dead insects on the walls. And some area of the walls the paint had come off. Floor has no carpet, so bring ur own slippers if not the floor is cold. TV has netflix. Bed is hard but its comfortable for us. Dont leave open food on the table. Ants is everywhere. The mall below has Aeon supermarket, some sports shops and outside has many mamak shop laundry area and mart. Pool has kids pool and adult pool that is not deep. Overall low 7/10

The apartment is spacious with beautiful home decoration. Direct access to the mall (just below the apartment). Friendly service by the management, smooth and seamless transaction. The downside through our stay was the wifi, it disconnected most of the time. If you have a local data, the reception is terrible from the top. Simply say, this area has bad connection of Internet. Even the nearby restaurant has trouble connecting to their wifi. There's a TV in the apartment but no access to the local channels. Overall, it has been a good experience. Definitely come back when we are here again.

Overall is good. Sea view. The sea view from the living room and master room is just great. Location strategic. Recommended. Will be back here again...

Room was clean and spacious. True to picture

The place is clean and comfortable. Stain marks on the floor of the shower cubicle but not a big issue. We couldn't swim because the pool was being cleaned. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The location is close to many eateries. Beletime Mall is right next to Country Garden, offering options like Mamak, Aeon, Mr. DIY, Marrybrown, and more. The apartment 2307 we stayed in was very clean and had Wi-Fi facilities. However, the noise from the nearby road was quite loud.

A lot of cockroaches in the kitchen

Great view of the beach! Security guards are helpful to guests. The management is also friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Check in and out was a breeze. There are soaps, shampoos, and towels provided. Also washing machine, microwave oven, pans, fridge and freezer, dishwashing liquid available for use. Across the road, there is Syed Ali restaurant and couple other cafes. Below our unit, there is a massage place, better to book in advanced. Swimming pool is a decent size.

Though sitting room and other look tidy, master room found a lot of dropping hairs, and also in bed. Bedsheets have not been changed.

Pros - Location is easy to find The Host is professional and helpful Instructions given are clear and easy to undert Provisions are acceptable  House is clean Cons - Kitchen window has 2 big pieces window which the neighbor can look in via their kitchen directly. 😑 Air con in master bedroom isn’t cold. Host was helpful and send someone to take a look within 2 hour. The guy came, took out the air con filter which was barely dusty and rinse with water. Put it back and told me it’s fine now. Didn’t see how that’s going to improve the situation. 😑

Great location & nice view

Location wise I think is decent, nearby have all the necessary F&B and convenience store. Their service on coordinating the stay everything was good and prompt. Three slightly negative areas I want to feedback is that water heaters seems to be not working at times, second is the pillow too soft so maybe can put two more pillows for people who prefer stronger support and lastly is the bedroom curtains, please consider changing to a darker type else early morning room become quite bright.
