The cleanliness could be improved. The room felt a bit dusty and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I’d hoped. It’s not terrible, but don’t expect a spotless environment. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're just looking for a place to sleep and want to save money. Just be aware that it’s not the cleanest place around. With a little more attention to hygiene, it could be a much better stay.

The location is very convenient. 4min walk from Komtar and City Square Mall. Near the immigration. Walking distance to many cafes and eating places including the famous Jalan Dhoby and Tan Hiok Nee.

For a budget hotel, Kingston offers a decent value. The room was small but clean, and the hotel location is quiet near to the Komtar shopping centre but theres constructions going on outside of the hotel. Perfect for a short stay if you're not looking for luxury but need something affordable😄

Arrived when typo address error, then computer check in crashed so no room assigned. Left in a limbo.

Room is spacious. Bed is soft and comfortable. However, bathroom floor needs a serious cleaning. It is obviously dirty and feels very sticky.

Lukewarm service from personnel at the service counter. They seemed to lack knowledge about places of attractions/eating places around. The reply was merely that one just have to walk to the back to get to dining places, which offered Malay food only. Room without shaver and laundry bag. Hotel near to construction site, dark at night.

Not too far to walk from Mall. During my visit, there was construction in front of the hotel but not noisy. Easy to walk around. Easy to walk to China town for meals. Over all is ok to stay. Value for money.

Booked this hotel due to its location, arrived and realised it’s surrounded by construction at the front, it’s quite noisy from the outside and the wall are thin inside the room, able to hear the tv and talking from next door, sudden blackout in the middle of the night on the first night, initially booked two nights but decided to cancel the second night and stay elsewhere instead. The shampoo and soap given is not able to clean proper, no bubbles, and one small bottle

If you wish to have sleepless nights due to dusty beds, have a night here and feel the itch around your body.

Just improve on the smell of the hotel,, please put some air fresheners thanks

Nothing much I can say, broken toilet door , NO HOTEL PARKING (Need to go outside paid parking - nearest RM15/day) which is not really convenient for ladies and if you’re alone. For sure will not repeat this hotel next time 😂
