No phone in the hotel room  Towels are old  and not white  After carpark validate gantry cannot open have to call the guard open manually  Pools are old

The lady receptionist(based on her accent, probably she is a filipino) is very kind, helpful and friendly . I saw her working alone on all the 3 wkdays that i was there .. She truly deserved a praise because she is independent and hardworking by working alone on her shift, even though it wasnt very busy during wkdays but during school holiday season, it can be slightly busy for her .. Thank you for your hard work ! 👍 The room is spacious, clean and feels home . Amenities in room are sufficient but i wish there is a microvewave in this room because there is space to put one and im sure it would be helpful for guests especially to reheat our leftover foods .. Please consider this . 🥲 And the room slippers are too thin that my feet can feel the floor when walking to the lobby/pool, so i think need to improve on that . Everything else is fine . Location is also fine even if you dont drive .. There is a mall opp road of the hotel- the mall have a supermarket and some food shops/restaurants . The concierge/security and pool staffs are also kind and helpful .. 👍 The pool is great and with 2 water slides that both adults and kids can enjoy . There are many chairs and tables for guests to put our things while going for a swim but i think its time to repair the stairs especially on the white slide and also some flooring around the slides because there are broken tiles/holes that may cause injury . To the management, please take serious note on this, bfore any accident happen .. I dropped my spect while swimming and couldnt find it and i asked help from the pool staff . The next day when i went to checked with him, he said he had passed it to the reception . I thanked him and went to collect it . He also deserved a praise because he really went the extra mile to help . Thank you ! 👍 Overall, its been a great stay here . Will be back again next time . Recommended if you are looking for pool with slides ! 💙

Hotel was very good had the villa vibes. Room waa spacious and extremely clean staff was polite and friendly. The location was good very close to check point. Tho the hot water was unstable a second its hot then another second is cold,overall a good place to stay with a family.

Arrived at 3pm. Was informed by the staff was not ready and told to wait. Waited at lobby until 4.30pm before he room was ready. Was told that the housekeeping was very slow. The staff eventually gave me late check out until 2pm after I showed my unhappiness. No gym facilities. Location was beside a major road and at night, constant traffic noise. Nevertheless, the beds were comfortable.

Peaceful getaway with nice greenery. Unfortunately, there was renovation ongoing from morning to 5 pm. So we couldn't take our naps. Night time is quiet and restful. Rooms have been updated. Toilet has bidet too. Melor house is nicely decorated with rustic vibes. The pool has fun slides.

Wifi is terrible - always log me out every few minutes No clear indicative instruction to tell that need to turn on the water heater manually Room is big and clean, altho the 2 single beds are placed in an unexpected way.

Old building n facilities but well kept. Clean nice toilet with japanese style toilet bowl.. not a fan😅 Good pool with slides..kids have fun spending time there with few indoor games too, carrom, pingpong n congkak..these games are in minimal playable state, asal boleh okla

Old facility, no gym, tv normal channel. small breakfast area and selection. Plus point for japanese toilet, nice pool with slides and free parking.

Very good place to stay but swimming place abit old but still acceptable for family.

Everything was good except that breakfast was only partially ready by 7am, when it’s supposed to be fully ready by 6.45am. Didn’t get to enjoy the full breakfast buffet.

Biggest and spacious room. Nice pools for adult and kids. Very big and nice lobby

Large room.newly renovated.easy access to city areas for eateries and shopping malls

Everything is good. Cleanliness is great. Food is also good with a garden view.
