Weak WiFi connection and not much channel selection. Found a sticker on quilt cover left by previous guests but overall still acceptable for a short getaway.

Great hotel, very clean and spacious. The price is good and location also was accessible. Didn't get to try the pool but will definitely stay here again when we come into JB.

Booked 2 units . One of the unit with very bad odor throughout the night . Another unit was fine .

Balcony is big however the aircond compressor is also located at the balcony. The room is spacious and a microwave is a plus point. Big fridge to store all your items ! The staff is friendly.

Room is big and clean. 79 sqm is suitable for 4 to 6 pax. Corner room with no block to city view. Free parking.

Full of bugs in this property especially in the room, bad experience to me and families members, not going to recommend and stay again in this condition. Hope my message will help. Suggest to have EV charging station for this property too.

The room was pretty clean. No major issues. Was stated in this booking that it was a queen bed + bunk bed. But was surprised to be given a queen bed + king bed, which made the stay more comfortable. note: RM50 refundable deposit must be paid upon check in, and you must present the receipt upon check out to receive the refund. There is also a cafe (very friendly owners!) at the lobby that is open for breakfast or food and drinks throughout the day.

The room is clean, neat, and modern. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Perfect for business trips or a short getaway in Johor Bahru.

Value for money. Room is big but soundproofing not the best. Breakfast is basic for the amount we paid. Free parking.

Half the bed was sinking in, and was not comfortable at all. Location was quite away from the usual haunts for tourist, but it’s easy to get to them by grab. Room is extremely spacious but the air conditioning could not keep up with the space sadly.

Well, you can actually loved it once you reach there. Believe me.

Great Stay – Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, and Good Value I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was not bad either—just enough to start the day. Overall, definitely worth the price. I would stay here again!

Room was reasonably clean though some parts of room and corridor looked well worn. Bed was a bit hard and springy (though this might be down to personal preference).
