I love this place because it is pretty new and spacious. When we arrived at night we noticed that the bed sheets stain was pretty obvious. We requested to change the bedsheets around 10am the next day it took them an hour plus to change this. When they came i asked why dint you all do the QC before putting the bedsheets on the lady told me maybe it was changed by the trainees. I requested since you are here can we get a room makeup. She told me that sorry I couldn't do it now because it is my break time I will do it right after my break. I told her that we will need room makeup and hanged that request at the door knob. The lady kept asking us that our check out today or tomorrow. When we were back at night nothing was done. Pretty sad for such a place to stay.

Worth the price, fast check in & out, clean and big room. Strong water pressure and aircorn. Overall a great night for us.

The location is far from city center and there are no restaurants nearby. It will be difficult if no own transport. The room is very spacious for 4 pp with kitchen and living room. However, the is no signal at all for the television. The WiFi is also not stable. Overall, it is quite value for money at this price.

Good as always. Like the fact they accept credit card now for deposit instead of cash only. The cafetaria seems operates at shorter hours.

Stayed on 2 Nov 2024 at Ramada Suites by Wyndham The Straits Johor Bahur, booked 2 rooms and they were big and spacious however, the upkeep of the cleanliness not good, towels were yellow, toilets dirty and stains marks were visible. Location wise not so good only good was that nearby there was a roti canai shop Must upkeep the cleanliness of the hotels in order to attract more customers

Was upgraded to a single bedroom unit. Place was clean and bigwith proper living room with sofa and dining table. Good for families who want to cook. However tv was not working. Could not watch any TV channels on the tv. .can only install an app to cast my phone to the tv. WiFi connection is very difficult to connect at the onset. Had to try connecting many times before it works. Bad choice if you intend to wake up late. Excessive roosters from neighbouring houses calling in the early hours till late morning..can't get a peaceful sleep. I chose to stay in a hotel and not a farmstay. Got a couple of eateries nearby. Bindu curry house and Lightwood by Mues cafe.

Some positives first - big room size, decently clean. It’s relatively near the checkpoint so it was easy enough to get cabs (: Now for some negatives :( Stayed on the 14th floor and the wifi was practically non-existent. We ended up purchasing esims online. After checking out I also realise I have a mysterious red bump on the side of my body. I’m not sure if it was from the room so please take my review with a grain of salt. My boyfriend did not get any bites / rashes. Generally the room is very clean, I’m just not too sure where the bite came from. The toilet was also quite poorly designed, the glass partition separating the toilet and room was so small so water from the shower area splashed everywhere. Generally wouldn’t go back to stay because of the weak wifi :(

The roosters crowing and the morning prayer call from the nearby mosque at ard 5+ am in the morning are the negatives if you need a good sleep till late morning. Other than that , it’s a decent place to stay for the night.
