Overall is good. The view from room is nice.. To the beach access, it has to across a road.

The apartment was serviced by Lions Bay, the office is near to the apartment. Instructions given to collect key was easy to follow and clear, packing near the office not as easy due to many cars parked along the side walk. The view was awesome. Very home feel. Tv set came with Netflix, great entertainment for the kids!

I had quite bad experience. I was in three different apartments and all of them had almost the same issue a lot of ants, bugs all over apartments. The which stayed last night was the worst one. Apartment looked nice, like newly renovated however it smelled, in the kitchen were plenty of cockroaches, in the bedroom there were ants and some weird small bugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Spacious residence. Clean. Have plenty of makan port and mall nearby. Easy access. Recommended.

Location is ideal for families to stay for thier shopping and sightseeing in johor bahru. Would recommend for family iof 6-8. Pax for the 3 bedder apartment. Swimming poolwasn’t in this use at this tower however guest can swim at bigger pool located at block next door.

Good location and clean. Relaxing and my children like the swimming pool very much. Carpark is a little bit confusing

Only towels provided. Better to use own soap to shower. Floor looks clean but touches feels sticky, can see some of hair on the bedsheets. Pillow cases felt really dirty and feels like never changed for weeks. Rooms and seaviews looks nice, everything else is in good condition. Only cleaniness need to improve. Rooms and showers is well maintained.

Apartment has a nice view of part of Johor Straits, especially beautiful in the morning and evening. It's not exactly next to the sea. There is a good variety of F&B outlets within walking distance, opens for supper. The interior of the apartment is getting worn out and worth a sprucing up. The cleaning standard by the agency is poorer than expected. It was not well cleaned with crumbs still spotted on the sofa. Nonetheless, we still had a pleasant stay.

The place was poorly maintained especially the toileys. There is no hot water in one of the toilet. The temperature of the water in the rest of the toilet went up and down. One of the towel looks dirty. The Aircon leaks badly. The sofa doesn't look clean either.

Fantastic location for couples, friends and family. Excellent service, lions bay staffs are very friendly. Value of money. This is my second booking. Hopefully to book again next week 🥰
