Incomparable Royal experience to the core. What a welcome it was so grand. The feel of the place has such warm & Royal vibes. The whole team of Umaid bhawan was very cooperative, attentive, kind and sweet. Sikander ji was such a wonderful guide very informative and so patient with kids. He went out of his way. The restaurant staff Mr.Narendra Mr. Jabar Mr Hukum Singh Mr khan chand Mr Bhupendra and Mr Dhirendra were very attentive courteous. Food was absolutely yummmm Chef Vikram & Kush took care of all our dietary requirements. Mr Kapil arranged a memorable experience for our parents 50th anniversary. I may have missed few names. But a big thank you to Taj Umaid bhawan team.

This is the most majestic hotel you will ever stay in in India - and possibly the world! It is an outstanding building with exceptional fit-out and service, incredible gardens, and a quiet and private outdoor pool. Treat yourself to a Royal 1 bedroom suite with Palace View and private balcony - and stay for at least 2 nights - you will not regret it.

We had an outstanding stay. Taj has maintained this heritage property so beautifully. The rooms are outstanding. But the best things are the food and the service. From the welcome and check in, we were treated like extremely special guests. Thanks to Sikandar ji, we had a very smooth and warm reception to our beautiful suite which had an awesome view. The moment he came to know it was my birthday trip, he set up a birthday surprise with balloons and sword, which was smoothly organized by Swaroop ji. A full rathore birthday surprise. Risala the restaurant became like a second home. Outstanding food and whatever you ask for, they will conjure up. Kapil Dixit (always superlative), Gordhan, Karan (packed us a food hamper for our roadtrip to jaisalmer without even us asking), Mahaveer ji ( who packed me a box of chillis when I couldnt find any in the market), Shashank, Raval, Chef Shobhit, Suiville, Aman, Yash (amazing at the bar). And then I got a second birthday surprise at Risala which was very sweet indeed. And there are the palace tours by Sikandar ji. Amazing knowledge of every nook and crany. all of them took personal care of us at every step. Even the check out by rajnandini was excellent. We really didnt feel like leaving. The spa and basement pool are excellent too. I think ankur looked after my husband and he was very happy. This is a beautiful property and the service and hospitality we received has raised even the high standards set by Taj. Thank you all. If I have missed any name, my deepest apologies. The entire team is fantastic.

We recently celebrated a family birthday at Ummed Bhawan, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty, with a grand welcome featuring a traditional tikka, flower shower, and the vibrant sounds of the dhol nagada.special thanks to Alka . Malvika The property itself was impeccably maintained, gleaming like a royal palace, and the staff's attention to detail was commendable. On reaching our floor, we were warmly greeted by the floor executive, who guided us to our room. We were absolutely delighted to find our room decoration for my daughter’s birthday , thanks to Mr. Balwant from the Housekeeping Team. His effort added a special touch to our stay. The food and service were exemplary, with the staff being both professional and knowledgeable. A special shoutout to Mr. Narendra ji . Karan . Narendra. Jabbar ji. Siddik ji sasank whose exceptional service made our stay extremely comfortable. Kudos to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. It was the best stay of my life,entire time was very Joyful,Enjoyed the delicious food with the quality preparation and presentation we got. For the Best quality of preparation,I thanks to Chef Puspendra Ji,Chef Manohar Ji and Chef Sovit ji,preparation was world class.The presentation of Food provided by the Staff Mr Narendra ji,Karan Ji ,Bhupendra ji ,Rajveer Ji and Narendra ji.While entering in the property the bucket of Respect and guidance given by Alka Ji and Malvika Ji was very good…House keeping staff is also very helpful for our kids ,Specially Mr Balwant ji…Overall it was very nice stay,Combination of good staff makes our Dream holidays true.

My stay at this palace was a memorable experience from the moment I arrived I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made check in smooth and hassle-free. The lobby was elegantly designed creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable ensuring a good night sleep. I particularly appreciate it the attention to detail such as the complementary toiletries and the daily house keeping service which kept the room spotless. The hotel's location was ideal with easy access to nearby attractions or conveniences. The onsite restaurant offers variety of meals and breakfast that was impressive catering to different tastes. At the end I would highly recommend this palace for anyone looking for comfort convenience and excellent service. Thank you
