The first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean. However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for? The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible. In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping. The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack. Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

It is one of the cheapest places to stay in Jiuzhaigou Valley. There are many restaurants nearby and you can use the free shuttle to Jiuzhaigou. The staff is friendly. However, the restaurant on the first floor smells came in to my room, and the facilities are old... This hotel provide good service and good location.

Floor Dirty, they said stains couldn't be cleaned but i tried it myself and it came out easily. obviously didn't bother mopping the floors. Shower only had hot water. Toilet couldn't flush. Hallway carpet was very dirty. at least the beds were clean and the toileteries provided.

The hotel was very good in a good location. I was sick when I was in the hotel staff take me to the pharmacy.

The place doesn’t worth the price. Just FYI: The night before I had stayed at another place, closer to the entrance park, only 100 kuai more expensive, and it was much better. 汀泉清居 has very kind, efficient and nice staff, but the situation of the hotel isn’t good. First, the room I stayed in had windows facing the main road, so it was very noisy. Second,the corridor with the rooms is on the same floor as the entrance, so the guests who arrived (in groups quite often) would make a big mess. Third, they have a ******* show at an open area just beside the hotel, making it even noisier. If you expect to relax after a full day of Jiuzhaigou, forget it! You’ll have to wait until after 21:30. After that, earplugs can help cancelling the noise of the road and the guests. Lastly, the shower definitely needs maintenance. It’s not the worst place; but, overall, it’s not a place to stay after spending the day at the amazing jiuzhai; I’d recommend you spend a few kuai more and book somewhere else.

A very helpful reception girl, thankyou so much. They helped us while we cant speak chinese. They helped us to get our bus number since we don’t have we chat apps, also helped us call the bus operator and all :)

Helpful check in, welcoming and friendly. Very convenient location for shops and restaurants. A short drive away from the main gate of Jiuzhaigou but away from the mass of people. Big bright room.

很好的旅行體驗。酒店裝修温馨，窗户外就是大山流水，環境棒極了！強烈推薦！服務態度很好！還有免費的專車送到景區門口。

住宿條件很好，早餐也吃着舒服，就是店家很傻，不會做生意，我們在那好幾天，第一天住讓我們補差價住大床房，第二天我們住，沒有大床了，讓我們同等價格住標間，這合理嗎？我們從新都橋跑過去，那麼遠，就這服務 服務：簡直是差
