The views are really fanstatics, can't complaint about this. All the staffs are friendly, amenities are well prepared just that the warming system can be improved a bit. Definitely in my pocket list if going again during summer or autumn.

hotel is clean , breakfast is good , the staff and owner is very friendly and share with us a lot of ******* culture. Highly recommend.

room definitely bigger than what it posted, appx 2xx sqft. nice mountain view, super warm, even toilet also has heater. hot water in both shower and tap water. you won't feel cold. 😊😊😊 the owner was nice and showed us his ******* house. although they said it will include only 1free shuttle transfer, but they gave us free ride 6 times(only to the nearby location, within 5mins) !. the wooden structure has a warmth feeling also smells excellent. the outdoor sitting is also included in the hallway, dinner portion sssuppppeeer big. highly recommend the 耗牛stew, yuummmmuyyyyy thanks very much again 😀

The best hospitality of tibet theme resident. The location and the view from our room on top of the hills of the village is the millions view. The service is great from the owners and staffs. Thank you to give us such a special experience on our first trip of Jiuzhaigou and far away from Chengdu. This is the right decision to stay here. Very good to experience the ******* culture. Even we communicate with different languages but the service mind and attitude is so good. I know that this kind of good hospitality can not get from another hotel , you can get this from this place only! Thanks for riding us go/back to Jiuzhaigou park 2 days.

I had a great stay at the hotel, the staff / family who runs this hotel are such nice and friendly people! I was able to enjoy traditional food for breakfast and the room was very comfy. They also drove me to the entrance of Jiuzhai national park with their car. If I will be for a second time in the area, I will book again.

The room was ok, fancy Japanese toilette but working only sometimes leaving the escrements floating all day long. Breakfast was nearly absent as quite disgusting and with limited choice. It’s nice to have a drop off and pick up service to the national park, too bad you have to wait for the driver for 15 minutes (when it takes less than 10 min drive).

Cosy accommodation with heater to keep warm as it was cold. We enjoyed the meals there and their special beverage. Very warm and friendly staff, even the owner was exceptionally nice. Location is a little off and you need to walk up the small and sloppy roads to reach the accommodation. However, they will send you to the tourist spot, Jiuzhaigou. Will stay again if we ever go back.

Great hotel with great services, Pick-up and Drop-off services available, staffs are super nice

Nice stay with good view. Heater took awhile to heat up. Shower water a little hard to get to the right temperature. Had dinner at the restaurant-藏肉is too tough. The rest of the food is not bad

We are a 70year old couple on holiday on our own.The place is palatial, smack if good old fashioned traditional ******* style deco. The rooms and corridors Smell of fresh wood. There was modern bidet and facilities Though the location is far from Juizhaiguo National Park, the hotel provides free transport to pick us up and drop us off the Park as and when we needed it. They also provide free pick up and drop off at the bus station too. I must commend on the par excellent driver. The coach we arranged to fetch us after the holiday in Juizhai guo did not provide information on where to meet us. The driver drove us to 3 pisdible locations where the coach driver could be! Each time when we could not meet the coach driver, he called various people to try to help make contact for us. Finally we agreed to teavel by the locsl bus. He helped got the bus for us .Ensured we wete safely seated in the bus. My spouse tried to tip him but te refused saying that it was not in order. We were so very blessed to have met him. We do not know his name but hello driver., we wish to say how much a place you have in our old hearts here. Thsnk you.

A good hotel to stay in Jiuzhaiguo area. Place is tastefully design in ******* style with good heater and hot shower during winter. The young “receptionists” were really helpful since I don’t speak Chinese that much☺️ Tried the onsite restaurant as well and dishes are pretty tasty at reasonable price.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Snow Mountain Home, Jiuzhaigou, and it was truly a unique experience. The owner's genuine hospitality made it feel like a caring family environment, despite the hotel being about 3 kilometers away from the entrance. Surprisingly, it was more convenient than closer hotels, as the owner provided daily transportation. The food, both for breakfast and dinner, was delicious. I highly recommend staying here for a warm and home-like atmosphere. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Very good place with tasty breakfast and honestly owner and staffs there. Room is cool with ******* style, warm machine, smart toilet, … and Jiuzhaigou is very beautiful. I love this trip and spend time here
