Malaysian, Visited on 17 till 19th NOV 24, total 3 days 2 night. 1) For young travelers looking for a homestay experience that feels less commercial but is friendly and unique, you can book this hotel, and you won't regret it! 2) As this is animal friendly homestay, my initial concerns about hygiene and cleanliness were eliminated immediately upon entering the lobby. There were no strange odors indoors or in the surrounding hotel areas, which was a pleasant surprise! 3) As the hotel is located behind a restaurant and the pathway to the entrance is a ramp. You can inform the hotel about your arrival time through WeChat, and they will come out to help with your luggage when you arrived. Good service and friendly indeed! 4) Honorable mention for their services and facilities: a) They were happy to change/upgrade my room when I told them I booked the wrong type. (Only when there are other rooms available) b) Other than floor heating, their toilet seat has a heating function too. c) They can reserve the afternoon teatime set until you return back to hotel but must notify them one day in advance. d) There is washing & drying machine available! Free to use for hotel guest! These overall experiences were too good that it truly worth my time to give long review with photos. Keep up the good work!

This is a little gem in Jiuzhaigou area. Right smack in front of the romance show, lots of options to eat nearby. Room was comfy and warm. Cute little animals to play with in the Minsu. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I ever visit Jiuzhaigou!

Really nice staff, clean room and room floor is made of wood with heater, which makes really confortable durring the winter. The hotel also provide free travel to JiuZaiGou Scienic Area. However, you still need to pay taxi to return to the hotel.

Highly recommended! The hotel is very cute, the room is very comfortable, clean and cozy, and the hotel owners are super nice and very welcoming, always ready to accommodate any request! 设施、卫生、环境、服务： 5🌟

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak the local language. They respond promptly whenever we need information or assistance. The location is very close to the city center, surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Highly recommended!"

Near to jiuzhaigou, hotel provide transport to attractions. Nice hotel with cute dogs and cats. Breakfast are provided. One minute walk and u will reach the main street of jiuzhaigou, plenty of restaurants and convenience store there.

Excellent experience in jiuzhaigou, the staff was kind and offered shuttle rides to nearby attractions, else it’s also convenient to call didi and get around. Stay comes with Tibet costume experience, additional topup if makeup/photographer required, but still a very awesome experience just to wear and explore nearby location. Highly recommended! You’ll also get to interact with their welcoming dogs too if u like dogs

終於閑下來寫評價了啦，房間很漂亮，是我們喜歡的風格，早餐也很豐盛，會送我們到景區！重點是老闆是個超級大好人，我有點高反和水土不服😭，半夜三點打不到車去醫院，衹好叫醒老闆送我去，他全程陪同一直忙活到五點，真的太太太感謝了！必須好評！

實話實説，房間舒適超過預期，我們動車站到千古情下車，下車離酒店很近就到了，步行就一分鐘樣子。位置很好規劃，第二天和酒店預約車到景區衹要十分鐘，節約時間精力

房間不錯，老闆提前把地暖打開了，入住時好熱哦！😂😂😂，老闆非常熱情，還出來接我們，他家有貓和狗，貓叫臭臭、柯基叫憨憨，都有服務意識哦！小憨憨被我們直接抱房間裏去了！房間忘拍了，還蠻舒適的，他們店有九寨溝景區免費送達服務。 特色藏服體驗有的，但我們沒有體驗，沒時間了，😎早餐也不錯，每天不一樣的，還比較精緻啦！

設施：地點在一個土坡上面不太好找，有三四個充電樁，感覺衞浴什麼的有點舊了，需要注意房間的窗户微微漏風，睡覺的時候我又裏窗户近，早上起來吹的頭疼，吃了止痛葯才好點。 衞生：衞生是我住過最差的一類，地感覺臟臟的，衞生間馬桶有黃色污漬，水龍頭花灑什麼的都有很多水溝，地面也感覺不乾淨，房間隨機刷新小昆蟲，小蜘蛛，讓人最難受的是花灑接口有根毛，累了一天最後也沒洗澡。 環境：民宿健在坡上，周圍是當地人的自建房，路沒有很好走，旁邊有家咖啡還行， 服務：入住時服務人員很熱情，可以幫忙拿行李，就是晚上聯繫不上人，還可以幫忙照看寵物 ps：距離九寨溝景區開車有個十幾分鍾吧。

很不錯的一次體驗，民宿環境應該是周邊算數一數二的，老闆很熱情，服務很周到，房間特別乾淨舒適，地暖相當給力，還有很多可愛的寵物，一次愉快的旅行。很推薦！
