Jiuzhaigou Forest and Water, Light Luxury and Beautiful Accommodation

Fantastic hotel stay at this hotel. The hotel staff are very polite and caring. I brought my parents who were above 80 years old and they showed so much respect and kindness to my parents. It’s also a beautiful resort too. I had dinner at this hotel two times, the food was good and big portion.

The only regret was that I didn’t book a longer stay! Love the room that I was upgraded to and breakfast food selections was by far the best amongst the 4 cities and 6 hotels I have stayed for this long travel journey in China. The managers are very attentive and friendly, even offering to help me take photos when they noticed me struggling to take a selfie. The yak soup was delicious and best shared amongst 2 or more travellers. The mini zoo was cute. There was no tv in the room but took the chance to read a book and relax in the bathtub. Fruits and mini bar was a nice touch.

Excellent service from arrival till departure. We loved the hotel, almost all the staff would go an extra mile to provide the best hospitality. The garden is delightful, gorgeous flowers, constant sounds of water were therapeutic. The food did not disappoint either. Most of all, my roommate appreciated the care from them when he was not feeling. They arranged to pick up medication and reassured him. I just wished that we could spend more time at the hotel. As for the room, excellent shower, thanks for the fruits and milk, better if there’s a rack to hang hand towel to dry hands at the sink.

Our room was a dream: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens felt fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. It’s unique, joyful, and perfect for both families and anyone who loves a bit of nature and personality with their stay. If you’re heading to the astounding Jiuzhai Valley National Park, this place makes the adventure even more special. The park’s dreamlike scenery-mirror‑clear lakes in shades of turquoise, terraced mineral pools, cascading waterfalls, and ever‑changing forests left us in awe. After a day of wandering boardwalks and soaking in those views, coming back to the serenity of “Between the trees and streams” felt perfect. The name truly fits the vibe. A flawless blend of heartfelt hospitality, pristine comfort, and nature at its most breathtaking. We’re already planning our return. Five shining stars for you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very chill and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were so warm and made us feel cared for and at home. It is some distance to the Jiuzhaigou national park so in peak season with traffic it might not be the most convenient. The bathroom could do with some heating as we were there in colder weather.

Nice hotel 9 km away from the main entrance of the Jiuzhaigou park. The structure looks new and the staff is really kind and willing to assist you. The restaurant has a traditional ******* cuisine with some popular Chinese dishes. Breakfast is quite various but only Chinese style. What we didn’t like so much is the zoo with a couple of dogs chained in a small kennel. If you stay at the hotel during the peak season, like Chinese National holidays, consider at least 45mins to commute to the park.
