Hot water is also available 24 hours a day. Some guests will use hot water to wash their clothes during the peak period of water use. It's especially cold in Jiuzhaigou in the early morning, so when you use hot water, the water temperature may not meet your expectations. Normally, 2 tons of water is enough. Therefore, we suggest you use hot water in the morning. Our mattresses are all latex mattresses, which have received high praise from customers. Perhaps you prefer a harder mattress. When you inform us of this situation the next day, we will replace the mattress for you as soon as possible. No matter how late it was the night before, you should have informed us as soon as possible, and we will replace it for you immediately.
