No water on the first day we arrived. It was a problem in the whole area. There was no warning. We called the hotel to confirm our booking, why didn’t they warn us about the water problem?
The air conditioning is very weak.
They were in a hurry and called us to make sure we were leaving on time. There was no apology for the lack of water or bad service… just wanted to get us out quickly.
I called trip to complain about the water and asked for a refund to move hotels, only to be offered some trip coins. When you book a hotel, you expect to be able to have a shower at the least! Lizard and cockroaches on the floor. Smells of durian. The elevators are very slow.
