NM·MJ GARDEN HOTEL

This hotel is incredibly overpriced compared to its competitors, in fact it is a little bit of a scam. The facilities are poor, the breakfast is mid, the pool is tiny, the gym is small, dirty, and not maintained. The bar is never open. The hotel offered many freebies with your room such as snacks and drinks, they really are not good, other hotels wouldn't even mention them. The hotel also offered a discount to go hiking, however the price they quoted was HIGHER than the price advertised elsewhere. There is no liquid handsoap in the room. The TV can't connect to your phone. Overall, a 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star hotel.

Location and hotel was so good. The hotel is very popular with none guests as a photo shoot located. The rooms are decorated amazingly and are spacious. First time the room is better than the photos.

I originally booked a two-night stay but ended up staying just one night. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, with excellent amenities and a great room design. The mattress was firm enough to provide a comfortable night's sleep. However, my dining experience was inconsistent. Basic cutlery like forks and knives were missing from the table, which disrupted the meal. Additionally, the use of disposable cups and chopsticks in the restaurant detracted from the overall quality of the dining experience. While I appreciated the hygiene measures of individually wrapped butter, the presence of only a shared butter knife felt contradictory and could lead to concerns about cleanliness. Another aspect to note is the location of the hotel. Being a shorter building situated on an inner road, it is quite noisy during the day due to motorcycles beeping every second. While it was fine at night, daytime stays might be bothersome for light sleepers. Attention to these service details would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope the management takes note for future improvements.

will visit again

Clean and beautiful. It is exactly as advertised. Most of the rooms in building A face the Main Street so can be noisy. We requested room move and were shifted to building C, much quieter. Beware also of the flooring near the pool & breakfast outdoor area - these tiles are slippery when wet. Nonetheless we had a great time.

Great location and very clean.

Nice hotel
