The Grand Tower Hotel

Good location and customer service, but the condition of the room is really bad. The worst I have ever seen.

I made an error and did not read reviews before booking and wish I had to avoid this mistake. The hotel is disgustingly dirty and should be avoided. After entering the dirty glass doors you enter into an abandoned lobby and then have to find someone to explain that the lobby is a cluttered and filthy desk in an elevator lobby on the 9th floor. They handed us a key card that was already programmed so who knows how many guests have had the misfortune of staying in the room. Then we go to the assigned floor which had horrible odor and has debris on decrepit carpet. The room is not cleaned well and looks like a hack construction job. Bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned for who know how long. Spend more. Stay elsewhere. Across the street there are several restaurants nearby and it is across from old Jinan station.

The room air is bit dry, and towels were not clean. Otherwise the location and price is perfect for young couples who're traveling. Second time coming here, if i go back to this city definitely come back. But need to give attention to cleanliness

It was a good service I got from that hotel... because I arrived at night and it was very cold then they help me quickly and made my environment very warm.

It was okay for me and my friend, it’s kinda old and outdated, don’t expect any cleanness or luxury, just enjoy the price.

Near Jinan station, easy access public bus. But big problem is "not easy to take elevator to reach Hotel floor", only 2 elevator with other floor offices. Normally to taking elevator, you have to wait for 5 minutes more.
