Svar fra overnatningssted: 尊敬的客人，非常遺憾和難過沒能給您滿意的入住體驗。您的評價讓我們一直反思哪裡做的不好。經瞭解以及查看您分享的圖片，得知我們在您表示需要換房的情況下，前台工作人員及時給您換了一間房間，並及時彙報給當日值班經理，為了避免耽誤您的休息時間，沒有及時給您過多解釋，您圖片反應的桌面，衞生間地面及馬桶坐墊斑點問題，導致認為衞生不佳，在這裏給您再次誠摯的表示歉意，您第一張圖是房間內桌面衞生，酒店室內各種桌面枱麪都是這種玉石材質，隨着時間的增長會有一些滲透，這個確定不是污漬；第二張馬桶坐墊的斑點及第三第五張衞生間地面斑點是由於我們口罩期間消毒劑使用不當導致的腐蝕，也確定不是污漬；布草和座椅的破損我們一定在我們日後的檢查工作中更加嚴謹，避免類似問題的產生。我們也反思了以上讓您誤解的衞生問題，接下來我們將陸續更換新的馬桶坐墊以及配置温馨提示説明及一次性馬桶套保證客户的體驗，同時衞生間大理石衞生問題我們也將盡快安排拋光保養，盡最大可能回覆美觀度。您有任何不滿意的地方，入住期間都可以告訴我們，柏蔓的全體員工一定竭盡所能滿足您的要求。柏蔓不是無所不能，但是一定是竭盡所能。其實溝通可能解決很多問題，非常遺憾這次沒能讓您滿意而歸，但是還是誠摯的邀請您再次過來體驗，我們會以更熱情的服務迎接您的到來。
