Vanke Songhua Lake New Story Suites

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

此次旅程最舒服的一次入住體驗！房間是理想型的一室一廳套房，二人入住足夠大。早餐豐盛，主廚阿姨見我們去得晚，在已收拾好的灶台又給我們作新鮮的煎蛋，去的晚了，前台小姑娘辦好入住手續後親自把我們送到5樓房間裏。再次感謝！期待冬天再次光臨新故事套房酒店。

酒店位於青山公寓三期，樓下有言幾又書店，超市和青山飯堂，離纜車步行十分鐘，來回都有接駁車超方便。親子房有三張床，特別是帶十來歲孩子的，不用一起擠也不互相打擾。回來的時候電瓶沒電了，老闆幫忙打火，服務一級棒。

酒店房間很乾凈，可以看出老闆是用心經營了的！床墊軟硬適中，淋浴噴頭洗起來也很解乏，牙具拖鞋的品質也不輸五星級酒店！不管是夏天露營，還是冬天滑雪，這裏都很值得選擇！早餐也不錯，有現炒的蔬菜肉類，也有麪包沙拉烤腸，咖啡豆也不錯，喝起來很香，雖然餐廳不大，用餐高峯可能需要等位，但是也不用等很久！另外員工打掃的速度很快，整體環境保持的很好！ 酒店門口的位置，老闆提供了燒烤用具，可以燒烤，庭院露營體驗很好！ 另外，這家酒店有景區的接送服務，負一層地下車庫有輛特斯拉，隨時隨地可以接送去景區，很方便！

因為帶娃出行，對酒店的環境和衞生非常在意，這家酒店讓我們特別滿意，聽説是很高級的設計師設計的，時尚、乾淨、舒適、方便，去景區有酷酷的特斯拉接送，早餐味道不錯 ，服務很好，非常適合家庭出遊。 我們住在二單元，一室一廳，整體裝修風格非常適合年輕人，可做飯。床品舒適乾淨，躺下秒睡，睡眠質量高；屋裡電器非常新，電視可投屏啊太難得，都是大品牌，越住越得勁，越住越滿意，孩子都想一直住在這裏。 老闆面善，看着佛系，但是品味高，對酒店經營特別有責任心，覺得像隱居的大佬哈哈。 還好沒有選旁邊的酒店啊，來了逛了一圈，還是喜歡這裏，這就是緣分。下次來松花湖還住這裏，我和娃説好了，下次來不遠走，一半時間在院子裏陽台上發呆、燒烤，一半時間去景區溜達。棒棒！

被選擇住進了新故事，卻住對了，體驗感爆表，、酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，特斯拉接送服務，出行便利。第二天選擇去看日出雲海，沒帶厚衣服，酒店借用滑雪服，暖心細節幫助我有個完美日出觀感，我大吉林旅遊業發展的服務標桿👍🏼

超滿意的一次體驗，房間乾淨整潔、温馨，早餐很豐盛、食材很新鮮，老闆人很好、提示跟周全，酒店將細節做到很足。酒店的員工無論前台、保潔、特斯拉接送的大哥都很熱情！孩子長者都很滿意！下一次再見～
