MAX Hotel

Pros: Room is clean n aircon works well. Bed is very comfy too. Location is good as it’s within a 20min radius to good food n some places of interest. The service from receptionists is excellent too as they are very prompt when request for amenities. Cons: Hot water in the shower barely could feel it. It’s hot season now so it’s still fine but if it’s the cooler season then this will be an issue as water. The housekeeping service, practically u needed tell her what u want her to do like change towels, change bedsheet, make bed etc if not, she will just clear the rubbish bin n top up shampoo, soap n water. Lastly, patrons were smoking in n out of the hotel n even along corridor at room level. Told the receptionist about it n she just smile even tho there are multiple signages at the public area in the hotel that show “no smoking in public area” n cigarette smell from the corridor, will be able to smell in room.

The room is very clean and spacious. The front desk is friendly and approachable. I'm very glad I chanced upon this hotel.

Basic and clean with places of interest within 10-15min walk that are alive mainly in the day time… there’s a nice 粿汁stall round the corner v nice and affordable Take an hour didi ride out to Huanglong Temple to see the smaller version of Temple of Heaven… beautiful
