The location is good, very clean but some disappointment. I booked river view and can see the river view from my room as I attached the photo. I booked the room with some inclusions like full mini bar included which gave us 1 can of cola and 1 small packet of juice, no welcome drink given to us, the complimentary soup is not worth at all. Except all these it’s worth to stay here. Better book it without the inclusions or all these and save money.

1. Location: GOOD (3mins Walk to Xitang Ancient Town Entrance & 10mins walk to nearby Restaurant), 2. Amenities: GOOD (Nice Garden for Yoga-ing), 3. Service: BELOW AVERAGE (Replied the Staff via WeChat on Seasonal Sweet Soup delivery timing but ultimately informed it’s running out unavailable), 4. Others: Room booking inclusive of Cocktail & Hanfu experience photography were the Vendors inside Xitang Ancient Town where the later just those very old costumes for FREE digital photo x 5 5. Experience of Stay: BELOW AVERAGE (large room for Frontline Service Staff to improve its service to be more organized delivery of items inclusive in the booking & check-in Processes not to miss out), 6. Overall: AVERAGE (Frontline Service Staff, Ms. XIA & Room Service Manager have recognized their shortcomings & promised to make remedial action but still failed to deliver by the reason of too busy as mentioned by the Frontline Service Team)

Excellent hotel for our Xitang visit. Comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms. Extremely professional, helpful and hospitable staff. Very good range for the breakfast buffet. The location was next to one of the gates into Xitang old town. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely revisit when we are next in the area.

Very nice place and only like 20m to the ancient town entrance. Recommend go early or late to skip the entrance fee. Hotel very modern and chic. ******* delivery by robot.

Overall are satisfactory and convenient. The hotel should light up the front parking it's a bit dark.

Great location next to the old watertown. Breakfast is nice. The place has a nice ambience. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Front desk manager caed car to take us from xitang to suzhou. Original quote was for $190yuan, but upon reaching Suzhou, driver demanded $288 yuan. This was a shock. There is no safety deposit box available in room.

房間體驗感很好，剛住進來有歡迎水果，晚上睡覺前有入睡牛奶，早晨起來有豐盛早餐，酒店環境超棒，真的很温馨，非常不錯的！免費停車很方便，服務也很棒，前台很熱情，還有機器人送餐，真的太棒了！西塘古鎮景色很不錯，晚上拍照特別好看，可以來這裏體驗一下！住在景區門口特別方便！

整個酒店整體還是不錯的，前台的服務非常的客氣友好。我一進酒店的時候説給您特地安排了一個安靜的房間，我當時想着喲，不錯嘛 結果也是沒想到，房間下面是停車場，晚上車子進進出出，車門乒乒乓乓。房間隔壁是洗衣房，一直有滴滴滴的聲音，衹能帶着耳塞，早上一大早又來了，讓人煩躁。下次安排房間的時候可以不要一開頭就誇下海口説給你安排了個很安靜的房間吧。。。 説優點麼，距離景區入口進，代買門票划算，早餐挺豐富的，小餛飩好吃，晚上綠豆湯也不錯

真是一家性價比超級高的寶藏酒店，酒店在景區另外一邊的門口旁邊，這個區域非常安靜，和西塘酒吧一條街相距不遠，但是完全隔絕開了酒吧街的吵鬧，酒店裝修是非常優雅的新中式風格，盡顯中式隱奢的魅力，酒店床鋪用品也非常的獨特很柔軟舒服，服務也很貼心周到，酒店提供的早餐出品，品類很豐富，有本地特色小吃、中西式早餐均有，週末還很貼心的將早餐時間延長至11點，對我們這種夜貓子懶人很友好，西塘首選酒店，非常值得推薦

第一次入住，西塘萬達美華，選了的庭院大床房，房間很有設計感，舒適，環境舒適，陽台很寬敞，工作人員細心温柔，安排房間，發送攻略，位置特別的優越，就在景區的外面設施設備，因為是新開的都維護的很好，推薦推薦

每年都會來西塘遊玩，來西塘唯一會選擇的酒店就是西塘萬達美華獨家酒店。酒店裝修精緻，有特色。主要衞生環境非常好！酒店裡的每位工作人員都很熱情，主動和客人打招呼。特別是管家靜靜，每年來西塘都是找靜靜安排，現在都成朋友了。現在來西塘萬達美華見到靜靜就像是回家看到親人一樣親切！每次都是高興來，開心回。期待下一次的相見！
