Good hotel. The best part is that it is very near to the airport. They have free shuttle service to airport. So if you need to catch an early flight, this can be one of the option. Front desk staff is very cooperative. Beautiful girls at the front desk are sweet and very helpful. Can speak a little English too. Which helps a lot if you are a foreigner.

Good if you have a late night flight arrival as journey to the city center is quite a distance. Room was spacious but no food nor mart nearby.

The place was clean. The staff was nice and friendly. And the shuttle bus to and from the airport was a very nice bonus.

For departing and arriving at odd hours it’s considered very good location with free shuttle service. Spacious room and importantly no smoking smell. Good to have Free laundry at level 5 & 7.

The airport shuttle is very good and very fast. the social facilities are inadequate , the breakfast is mediocre. There is nowhere around where you can eat.

Joyfall Hotel is conveniently located next to Qingdao International Airport. The hotel is cleaned and service is great. I like to Robotic housekeeping that deliver two bottles of mineral water. It automatically called my room when the robot arrived at the door. Service is good as he hotel provided more drinking water to me.

The restaurant staff, Ms Han 韩 and Ms Zhang 张 - very helpful, polite and kept smiling. It was a pleasure to eat at the restaurant. The food was also quite nice - enjoyed myself.

A modern hotel, service is good, convient store, restaurant meal is good, free shuttle very fast to airport, the driver liu is nice and help us much. I will come again if transfer flight in qingdao

The room is nice and big with a separate seating area, which is great. The bathroom etc was nice and clean, but they need to pay attention to the finer details. I happened to glance behind the fridge while sitting on the couch and it was quite dirty, with sunflower seeds etc from who knows how long ago. The art above the bed clearly has something splattered on it that needs to be cleaned. But that being said the front desk staff are very helpful, the rest of the room was really nice and clean and the hotel is super close to the airport. They also offer a shuttle to the airport which leaves every thirty minutes!
