The hotel asked flight time 3-4 times, i said "21:30"  (both morning staff and night staff on Wechat asked same question but no proper action) and said "even there is no other customer, we will pick you up at airport on time" so this means they will go to pick me up at "21:30" but during 21:30-22:30 (waiting 1 hour because theu said "soon") I asked pick up time update,  night staff only said " soon driver will go there" so I was hurry going out to wait outside near parking being cold and hungry. Night staffs are too young and lack of experience. Bad communication letting customer wait 1 hour outside, instead of saying " around 22.15 -22.30 as they know driver will drive to airport  only 15 minutes.....) if they could say estimate time, so i may spend 1 hour eating some food in restaurant nearby.

The room was big too and very comfortable, the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Location was about 20min to airport and with free shuttle service to nearest Train station Jiaodong胶东站. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast taste good too

One of the best hotels i have been to in china , the hospitality and cleanness of it is spectacular, I recommend it .

I really enjoyed my stay at the Atour Hotel. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which was perfect after my flight. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. I had breakfast there, and it was pretty good with a nice variety of options. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and tidy. All the staff members were incredibly warm and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport. A major plus was the complimentary airport transfer service, which made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. My wife was visiting Qingdao with our clients and we needed a hotel close to the airport and yet conveniently located to be able to move around and visit suppliers. Atour fits very well, cleanliness stood out and service was good too. Recommended!

Hotel is a value for money. Far from city center and closer to airport. Breakfast has variety.

I really like Atour in China. If I go to China, Atour is the best option. Good price and good quality room. This time, for Qingdao trip, i need nearest hotel from airport because of my early morning flight. This Atour a bit far from airport(20m by car), but Atour provides shuttle bus from hotel to airport. Appreciated. Thanks.

Even if I’m a fan of Atour, this one is really far from airport. But it has standards of Atour. Safe hotel to stay anyway.

Clean n nice hotel if u are heading to airport for early flight many eating outlet. We had a big table of food at very affordable price. Free shuttle n comfortable ride to airport

Near to Airport and they provide pick up & drop off facility to airport 

Just little advice about the free shuttle service which should be more obvious showing the hotel name on the cab and clear instruction in regarding the exact place and time for the pick up at the airport. Other things like fast check in and polite staff is appreciated.
