“Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!”
I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

定這家酒店是為了趕第二天早班機，酒店提供接送機服務。維也納酒店和其他幾家競品酒店side by side站在一起，和星程、漢庭、假日智選共用接送機大巴車（45人）。
設施：酒店設施完備，用品齊全，智能馬桶，乾濕分離，房間寬敞舒服，不過好像沒有看見冰箱。在機場周邊過夜，需求基本都能滿足
衞生：衞生不錯，看着很乾凈，沒發現不乾淨的地方
環境：周圍挺安靜的，不吵，能好好睡個覺第二天趕飛機
服務：服務到位，人還沒到酒店，酒店就打來電話確認接機時間，對接接機事宜，很優秀

在成都天府機場所處的簡陽，有這麼一個社區集中了多家酒店專門做轉機旅客生意。這家維也納就在其中。客房是嶄新的，設施比其他住過的同類酒店好很多。雖然距離機場候機樓有點遠，但接送機服務挺到位的。點贊！

酒店位於簡陽市高鐵站附近，房間設備設施都很新，離天府機場有約半小時行程，可以提前和酒店聯繫，預訂酒店免費接送大巴服務。周邊環境安靜，價錢實惠，如需乘動車前往其它地方，可以提前搜尋是否有簡陽高鐵站前往目的地的。

機場附近都是些農家樂，這一片是連鎖酒店集中區。全季是單獨大巴接送，維也納、holiday inn、漢庭、星程什麼用一輛車。先送holiday inn，其他這些衹能停在一個文創店門口，不能停到酒店門口，明明酒店門口空間夠大，還要拖着行李冒雨走回去大堂。
【服務】我已經訂了當下最貴的房間，前台還假惺惺：我給您免費升房。我説你能升成什麼房？她愣了一下，不説話了。很不真誠。
然後拿了房卡上樓，根本打不開。走廊裏也沒電話，衹能打前台座機再等人，大半夜折騰。
提醒出發去機場的服務還是比較盡責。
【房間】不大，水槽旁邊積水。隔音一般。外面關門啥的，睡眠不好的人可能不太行。

沒有拍房間照片，被子床單之類的都很新，前台還提供了小童洗漱用品，樓下大堂的地板是大大的驚喜啊，滿地都是化石，帶小朋友的可以去找化石哦。切記這家酒店就在簡陽南站後邊，下高鐵千萬別坐拼車，司機把我帶到簡陽城裡的維也納國際酒店了，這家不帶“國際”兩個字，這家離機場才進，有專門的機場接駁大巴車。

酒店為孩子提供有熊貓特色的拖鞋和牙刷温馨浪漫，大廳還有熊貓糖和好喝的代幣飲，住宿環境安靜，樓下的飯店很方便口味也很不錯，去往機場也衹有半小時車程便捷，接機也方便直接到4樓出發大廳等候即可，不需要帶着行李去停車場找。

總體評價：
到了房間的第一刻，我就請問這到底和旁邊將近400的華住繫有什麼區別？？？哦不，有，她甚至超越了400的品質（價格200不到）
性價比高到我一直在懷疑到底哪裡不對勁…
（照片是我躺床上照的，因為我有喜歡寫大眾點評，但是床上太舒服了根本不想爬起來照相）
設施：因為是杭州出差來的，財務給訂的酒店，看到價格和維也納，本身期待值沒那麼高（講真哈，錦江系還是有點老了嘎），但是忽略了人家2024年才開，真的！以後訂酒店我學會了，要看酒店年份，真的很新！設施非常齊全
衞生：乾淨，新酒店真的看着那哪兒都很新
環境：沒得説，性價比拉滿，床和枕頭的部分，也很滿意，哦對了！！！淋浴間，我真的，新酒店的蓮蓬頭，水大、水壓高、温度很好，本來一整天又冷又累，沖熱身體之後真的充電一樣！
服務：服務我真的要誇一下本次入住服務的前台小姐姐，我這個人本來就迷糊，往天府去的時候，坐到雙流去了，她一路尋問我在哪，是否上了接駁車，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，説是找着我了就放心了。
本次商務旅行的入住，達到滿意度，滿分十分，我給11分，還有1分給人性化的前台。

酒店離機場30分鐘屬於比較近的，早上有大巴送機到機場，早上提供叫醒服務。工作人員非常細心，有需要快遞的行李，酒店人員負責幫忙順豐快遞，下次來成都可以繼續入住。
