great location in the ancient city. got halal food just beside hotel entrance. perfect for muslim travellers.

The hotel is very well located in the old town, the rooms are big and nice and the bed is perfect!
The 2 ladies managing the place are so friendly and nice to us. When we arrived, one of the lady gave us steamed sweet potato, an orange and some tea and we stayed for an hour eating with her. They don’t speak English but are incredibly helpful when we were using our translation app.

Conveniently located along the pedestrian street between east and west gate, 2 minutes walk from Zhu Family garden, many eateries nearby. Has a cosy, family atmosphere. Room is clean and comfortable. The lady boss and her assistant were very helpful with carrying my luggage , and helped to arrange my transport. Had a good stay here.

Amazing place!
Great location at the center of the ancient town. Friendly host, though she doesn’t speak English. But the room is very nice. And that smallest one is just a dream for solo traveler. Big enough to stay as a couple as well. I am very pleased and would stay here again for sure

到處都包漿了，鎖也是壞的主要是衞生環境太差了，不知道哪裡來的那麼多好評，洗澡是沒有熱水的，水小的可怕，水杯裏有沉澱物和很多牙漬直接不敢用

位於老城內的民宿，遊老城比較方便。條件一般，老闆很熱情。最大的問題是老城內白天封閉，沒有車出入，帶行李就更困難，都是石板路！

酒店很滿意，位置很好，在古城中間，周邊吃飯很方便，下次還會選這家，酒店老闆娘人很好，還請我們吃很甜的枇杷，建水古城消費不高，值得逛逛。

環境：客棧就在古城裡麪，朝陽樓過來幾分鐘就到了，挺方便的，周邊吃的很多。
有一點比較尷尬的是我十二點點了奶茶，然後下樓拿奶茶影響到阿姨休息了，怪不好意思的，第一次住客棧，以為客棧和酒店一樣有人24小時在😅。

先説優點：1，客棧就在臨安路，距離主要景點朝陽門、臨安飯店、朱家花園、府衙、文廟都是幾百米範圍內，非常方便，走累了可回客棧休息再出去遊玩，尤其帶長者家出遊這點非常重要。2，老闆夫婦人不錯，好商量。 説説不足地方：如睡眠質量超差的人慎入，如真的入住事先和老闆溝通，要他務必安排一間安靜的房間。因為靠近朱家花園的翰林路（哪兒很多燒烤店），02房型12點後還很嘈（隔音不行）。除了這個，真的力推，性價比非常高👍
