這是位於古城朝陽樓附近的一個民宿，外表太過普通，走進去卻裝修雅緻，一塵不染，廳裏的綠植、裝飾、陳設頗費心思。房間不算大，但精緻整潔，床墊軟硬適中，床上用品洗漱用具也有品質，坐式馬桶還是恆温的。二樓有個小小觀景台，小桂湖的風景盡收眼中。特別值得一提的是兩口子老闆為人真誠熱心，幫助介紹景點，規劃行程，他們推薦的餐館，都是好吃不貴，令人滿意。對於自駕的朋友，老闆在旁邊還有車位，很是方便。由於對這家民宿非常滿意，我們把原定一天的行程調整到兩天！

非常滿意的一次建水旅遊，這家店在古城旁，小桂湖邊，交通非常方便自駕車直接停到民宿專用停車場，因為古城內是不允許機動車輛通行的，免去了自已拉着行李箱走古城石板路的辛苦，民宿老闆夫妻二人是一對有文化功底，熱愛收藏並追趕潮流的年青夫婦，民宿設計風格簡約大氣，而且動線合理，一百多元的價格住出來五星酒店的品質，免費提供各類應季水果和當地特產，本來住兩晚的計劃又追加一晚住宿，以建水為中心向周邊旅遊，建水小火車坐了，蟻工坊去了，貝土陶莊去了，墨汁北迴歸線紀念塔去了，一腳跨兩帶，（熱帶、亞熱帶北緯23.6度線），元江世界第一高橋去了，去元江高速公路甘莊服務區去了，應季水果玲琅滿目，哪裡是服務區，簡直是一個大型水果批發市場，釋迦果5-10元一斤，甜的齁**，大板井豆腐吃了，建水氣鍋雞吃了，等等以上這些都是老闆推薦，自己真是省心。由於民宿入住後忘記拍照，等再拍照已被我使用過後樣子變了，就沒再拍照，大家可以看看其他朋友的照片。

剛剛第一眼看到民宿的外觀，感覺很普通，但是走進去以後發現裏面真的很精緻，而且衞生打掃得特別乾淨，民宿裏面洗衣機洗衣液都有，二樓可以晾曬衣物，比酒店還方便，民宿小夫妻很敬業，有什麼好吃的地方都會推薦給你，而且確實好吃，我們在建水吃的最好的的草芽米線也是老闆娘告訴我們的，離民宿走過去也就幾分鐘的路程，民宿停車也很方便，就在門口，不像有些民宿還得停在路邊哪裡停車場然後拖着行李箱走進去才行，這點對自駕遊的人最友好，總之，民宿雖然不大，但是住着很舒服，去哪兒都方便，下次去建水還住這裏，也感謝民宿老闆夫婦的熱情款待，水果還有水都不限量供應，大氣，給你們點贊👍

老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，幫着提行李。民宿位置也很方便，離朝陽樓步行衹需要幾分鐘。房間很安靜，樓上還有露台可以看到小桂湖。值得推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，每天都會做打掃，設施完善床品舒適，智能馬桶，露台上便可看到小桂湖夜景🌃（第四張）適合喝茶發呆……老闆人很熱情好客，看到我們東西比較多還主動免費為我們房間做了升級，還熱心提醒我們哪裡好玩路線哪樣安排合理，晚上回到店裡老闆還會熱情的拿出好茶給我們沏茶聊天，給我們的建水之行留下非常美好的記憶，再來建水還會選擇水尚精品民宿！對了，有自己的停車場，對自駕的寶子們也很友好的

入住期間，老闆家兩口子人很真誠，熱情好客，有求必應，老闆還很注意細節，特意在公共桌子那裡放了整件的礦泉水，牙線，抽紙，紙杯，棉簽，體重秤，穿衣鏡……真是太方便了，整體感覺極為愉快。我們住了以後總結了一點，在這裏停車非常的方便，去小火車站非常的近，去朱家花園，朝陽樓，小桂湖商業街，建水文廟，學政考棚特別的方便，吃的也好多，眼花繚亂了！

民宿鬧中取靜，春節期間建水人滿為患，堵得水泄不通，老闆老闆娘人超好，留了車位不説，我們因為沒怎麼做攻略，就向老闆娘打聽，哪些景點值得去，哪家草芽米線好吃，老闆娘都一一推薦，非常熱情好客。民宿離建水古城步行也就5分鐘不到，非常方便。本以為住兩天民宿可能沒人打掃，哪知道每天都有人全面清潔，補用品，清潔做得也非常到位。春節旅行期間有個小插曲，我們租的車在去景點的路上，不知道在哪兒被紮了釘子，老公打電話補胎的店幾乎都沒開門，無奈之下衹能求助老闆娘，老闆娘找了一圈後，幫我們問了下自家表姊妹，結果剛好他家汽修店開門，去團山民居的路上就拐過去補胎了，雖然衹是個小插曲，但效率賊高，完全沒有耽誤當天的行程，感激之情無以言表，衹能寫個好評了。

民宿位置很不錯，到小火車和古城直接步行到達。晚上住這一點不吵，睡得很舒服。老闆兩口子很樸實熱情。我們剛到，就招呼喝茶吃水果！朋友覺得那個百香果不錯，被我們一盤都掃光了，第二天老闆刻意又買了很多……像是到建水走親戚的感覺。
