Very beautiful and Christmas atmosphere hotel, very friendly and warm-hearted staff, made me and my family feel warm, I really like and thank Crowne Plaza and its staff, especially the manager Nicole Zhu. She really solved a lot of problems for me and was very helpful .Thanks.

We had a very good experience of staying at this hotel.  All the hotel staff are impressive and helpful.   In particular, Nicole, Liraka and Kelly are very kind and professional to address our requests and solve our problems!

the hotel is located close to the place where I need to visit. Very convenient to me. Facilities new, room spacious and comfortable. Front line services are excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Special compliment to the young lady called Ally.

This is a new hotel grand opened in September this year, the typical services are good, however some engineering issues have to improve. Particularly thanks Anthony caring to us!

為了看陳柏宇江門演唱會選擇這家酒店的，入住的是湖景房，視野很好，酒店距離體育館步行才三分鐘，真的非常方便！樓下有個漂亮的公園晚上還能看音樂噴泉！早餐豐盛美味！服務很好感謝工作人員Lucy辦理入住、Kelly給我答疑、Nico辦理退房~ 總體入住體驗很好很開心！下次來江門看演唱會還會選擇住這的！好評！

本次入住的江門保利皇冠假日酒店軟硬設施條件，餐飲、服務各方面都挺好，入住體驗極佳。辦理入住和退房的前台接待員葉俊濤，服務熱情周到，很有禮貌，服務態度很好，很值得稱讚。禮賓黃宇軒主動幫我減免車牌，服務主動，熱情，前天的李經理幫我辦理手續時態度非常好。 餐廳龍坤先生熱心周到，服務點贊！ 客房服務員保勝知道我自己不燒水，衹喝礦泉水，還加送二瓶。用心良苦。 游泳池服務亦棒棒棒。 僅此一併感謝！
