The staff are very helpful and the room was very clean. The hotel is right in front of the train station which is very convenient.

the staff are amazing ! the hotel are new and this chain guaranty you a top service the staff does speak English ! really !
they help me a lot.
the matter it's Internet was slow and we could not really work .
the location are not offering much stuff honestly this is to locale foods but we could find 1 restaurant was easy with fried rice.
but the hotel decently the best I got room and service , just need to improve the internet connection speed and this is the best

What a pleasure staying at this hotel! The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is high quality with a spacious room and a tasty breakfast. It’s right across the street from the East Railway station. 🚉
There is a small free laundry room on site.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

Room are clean.
Just next to the train station Jiangmen East station (walk 3 minutes).
KFC just on entrance.
Special early breakfast for the Jiangmen marathon starting from 4am50!
However, be careful of the room facing the train station... as it could be noisy...

Location is perfect just opposite Jiangmen East Railway station. Not a whole lot of things going on around the hotel, but it is a short 5-10 mins drive to the central Jiangmen Chang an pedestrian street and all. Room was good and laundry provision was great. Thanks!

Hotel internet was down, we waited 3 hours before we could checkin.
The following day, when we got back to the hotel at night, we were not able to enter the room with the access card as they've only set the access for 1 night, eventhough we are staying for 4 nights in the same room.
The location of the hotel is not good, so you have to get taxi to anywhere, but there is no where to stop outside the hotel, so you must walk out and jump in quickly, in the middle of a busy road or cross another road.
The staffs are young, not very friendly and seems lack of experience in customer service and hospitality.
We had 2 rooms, both was not very clean, one even still had poo stain on the toilet seat.
